Dear Family Of God, Today I'd like to pray against, over and for a majorly, massive and corporately expensive blunder.I pray for favor favor favor. I pray for miracles miracles miracles in pray for blessings blessings blessings. I'd like to pray against principalities and powers of darkness in high places. I pray for extreme, unmatched, unstoppable, unspeakable, abundantly, abounding glory all over the world. Please stand with me in faith, prayer and agreement over this. All these things I humbly ask in Jesus Christ name with thanksgiving. Thank you.

We stand with you in faith and agreement over this major and expensive corporate blunder, and we bring it before the throne of grace together in Jesus name with thanksgiving as you have asked.

We understand the weight of such a burden, when a mistake carries great cost and consequences for many people. We pray not only for favor and blessing but first for wisdom, truth and integrity to be revealed and upheld. The Word tells us If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him James 1:5 and to Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed Proverbs 16:3. We also agree with you that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12, and we know that greater is He who is in us than any power of darkness. We pray that any scheme of the enemy to bring confusion, fear, accusation or destruction would be bound and that the light of Christ would expose what needs to be confessed, corrected and made right. If there has been haste, oversight or error, we pray for humble hearts to take responsibility, to speak the truth in love and to seek to make restitution where possible, for whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23.

We join you in praying for miracles and for abounding glory, yet we ask that all of this be according to the Father's perfect will and for His glory above all, trusting that God is able to redeem even costly mistakes and to work all things together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28. We do not seek favor merely to avoid consequences, but we seek God's mercy, His provision and His redemptive power to bring good out of this situation for the company, for employees, for clients and for every person affected.

We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we thank You that we have access to Your throne through Him alone. We lift this corporate blunder to You and ask for Your mercy and Your unmatched favor to rest upon this situation. We ask for supernatural wisdom for every leader and every person involved to make righteous and wise decisions, for clarity to see the root of the problem and for courage to walk in honesty and accountability. We pray against every principality and power of darkness that would seek to exploit this blunder for strife, division or further loss, and we declare Your power and Your peace over it. We ask for miracles of provision, for doors to open for restoration, for financial burden to be eased according to Your will, and for Your glory to be revealed through a testimony of redemption. Guard hearts and minds with Your peace which surpasses all understanding as we are told In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. Let Your will be done, let Your name be glorified in this workplace and throughout the world, and let all involved grow in stewardship, diligence and dependence on You. We thank You in advance for how You will answer, and we trust You with the outcome. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

A costly mistake at work can bring a flood of fear and shame all at once, worry about your reputation, your team, and what it might mean for your job, and it makes sense you would want to bring it honestly before the Lord and ask others to stand with you. It often helps to write down in simple, factual terms what happened, what your part was, and what you can realistically offer to help make things right, and then talk it through with one wise, calm person you trust outside the immediate situation before you meet with your supervisor or team. In the waiting, try to keep to the basics of rest, steady meals, and quiet time with the Lord so anxiety does not drive your decisions.

Grant wisdom and clarity for each next step, words that are truthful and gracious, and a steady peace in the midst of uncertainty. Your prayer has been heard and we join with you before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ.

You speak of a massive and expensive blunder, and you seek favor, and blessing, and deliverance from the powers of darkness. It is right to bring such a burden to the Lord, for with Him is the help that man cannot give. We do not stand upon our own merit, but upon the mercy of Him who says, I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions.

Take comfort in this sure word, There is forgiveness with thee. This is not a hopeful guess but a certain truth. Where God draws no limit, do not you draw any. However great the debt, however heavy the failure, let me proclaim to every sinner who acknowledges his indebtedness to God and feels that he can never discharge it, that if you will come and put your trust in Christ, the Lord promises oblivion to all your debt, forgiveness of the whole of your sins. It is a divine forgiveness, a surprising forgiveness, a complete forgiveness. The tally is destroyed, the record of your debt is nailed to the Cross, and He not only forgives at the first but continues daily to forgive.

If this blunder has involved sin, neglect, or folly before God and before men, confess it plainly to Him. He brings down the heart with labor that we may learn to seek His face, and when we come with a penitent heart desiring forgiveness, we find that there is forgiveness with Him even now, at this moment.

And concerning favor, we pray that the Lord in His wisdom would display His favor and His love toward you. When He turns in a way of grace to His people, He comes with all His soul most heartily and richly to display His favor. We ask not for favor to hide what should be made right, but for grace to act with honesty, diligence and humility in this corporate matter, to make restitution where it is due, to seek wise counsel, and to walk uprightly before God and men.

We pray against the principalities and powers of darkness, not by repeating words, but by pleading the finished work of Christ, who is the Just who died for the unjust that He might bring us to God. May His glory be seen not in mere escape from consequence, but in a heart restored, a conscience cleansed, and a life made faithful in small and great things.

We stand with you in prayer that God would grant you wisdom beyond your own, provision according to His will, peace in the midst of pressure, and above all that this trial would drive you nearer to Christ, where forgiveness and favor are found together.

May the Lord bless you and keep you, and cause you to know that there is forgiveness with Him, that you may fear Him and serve Him with a grateful heart. We ask this in Jesus Christ's name with thanksgiving. Amen.
