Prayer for Lord to confirm the favor of the Lord over my husband

We understand your concern for your husband and the challenges he is facing with his position. Let's bring this situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His will according to His word.
Firstly, it is important that your husband is in fact a believer in Jesus Christ and that you have prayed together on this issue. The Bible tells us that "Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it." Psalm 127:1 WEB. This means that unless the Lord's favor is upon our lives, our efforts will not bear any fruit, and this also means we have to be in right standing with God through believing in and obeying Jesus. Our Lord Jesus Christ is our only way to have access to God the Father. And it is only through Jesus we can be saved and have access to God. This is a very important issue that is often overlooked. When Jesus was teaching about prayer, He said, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." John 14:13-14 WEB.
We also must remember if God is for us, no one can stand against us, conspiracy or lobbying is of no effect. As it says, "What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" Romans 8:31 WEB.
Let's pray together for your husband's situation:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your favor and intervention in our brother's life. Lord, you know the conspiracy and lobbying forming against him to take away his supervisor position. We stand on your word that says "Be strong and courageous, don't be afraid nor be dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude who is with him; for there is a greater one with us than with him. With him is an arm of flesh, but with us is the Lord our God to help us and to fight our battles." 2 Chronicles 32:7-8 WEB. And also "The Lord shall fight for you, and you shall hold your peace." Exodus 14:14 WEB.
We ask that You, Lord, intervene and thwart the plans of those who conspire against him. Confirm that your favor is to be upon him and that the plans You have for his life will stand. Help him to be strong and courageous and to trust you. Help us to trust you and intercede on his behalf.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
