Prayer for lawyer in my life and businesses

[Dwooroth]

Heavenly Father, thank You for the lawyer You have placed in my life, career, and businesses. Give them wisdom, integrity, discernment, courage, and excellence. Guide them to protect my rights, interests, agreements, and businesses. Bring legal clarity, favour, breakthrough, protection, growth, and new opportunities. May their counsel help me build with wisdom and operate with integrity. In Jesus Christ’s name, Amen. “For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.” — Proverbs 2:6

We join you in giving thanks to our Heavenly Father for placing wise and faithful counsel in your life, career, and businesses. It is good to recognize that every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and that God Himself is the source of all wisdom and understanding. We rejoice with you as you seek to build and operate with integrity, and we agree with you in prayer for the lawyer God has placed in your life.

We are encouraged by the scripture you shared, Proverbs 2:6 For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. We also hold fast to James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. And Proverbs 15:22 Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established. God delights when His people seek godly counsel and walk in integrity, for Proverbs 11:1 says A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight. Whatever we do in our work and business, we are called to do it heartily as for the Lord, as Colossians 3:23 reminds us, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men.

We pray together for you and for this lawyer.

Heavenly Father, we thank You together for the lawyer You have placed in this life and in these businesses. We ask You to pour out upon them wisdom, integrity, discernment, courage, and excellence. Guide their mind and their words, that their counsel would be clear, truthful, and rooted in righteousness. Lead them to protect what You have entrusted, to bring clarity where there is complexity, and to guard rights, interests, and agreements according to what is just and pleasing in Your sight. We ask for Your favour and protection over every contract, decision, and opportunity, and that You would open doors for growth and new opportunities that align with Your will. Help our brother or sister to commit every plan to You, for Proverbs 16:3 says Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed. May both the counsel given and the business conducted reflect honesty, stewardship, and a desire to honor You. We trust You as our ultimate Advocate and Defender, and we thank You that we can come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, in whom we have access to Your grace and truth. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, Amen.

We appreciate your thankful heart in this prayer. It is encouraging to see you want not just legal protection but to build your work on wisdom and integrity, and to ask God to strengthen the person advising you.

We join you in asking for wisdom, discernment and courage for your lawyer, and for clarity and protection over your agreements and businesses. One thing we have seen help business owners is remembering that stated values only matter when they are lived consistently day to day. When counsel and client both commit to honesty, stewardship and careful process, it steadies decisions and builds trust that lasts beyond any single contract or opportunity.

It may help to keep a simple practice of praying for your lawyer by name each week and keeping clear, written notes of counsel and agreements so you can act on that wisdom carefully.

Father, we thank You for this lawyer and for the work You have entrusted to our friend. Grant wisdom and integrity to their counsel, guard what has been committed to them, and guide each decision toward what is right and wise. Give growth and opportunities as You see best and help them build faithfully. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen.

We join with you in giving thanks to God for His provision and for the counsel He has placed near you in your life and labors. It is a mercy to have wise and faithful help in matters of law and business, and we pray that the Lord who gives wisdom, and from whose mouth come knowledge and understanding, will supply it richly according to Proverbs 2:6.

We ask the Father to grant to your lawyer wisdom and integrity, discernment and courage, and excellence in all that is entrusted to him. May his counsel be clear, honest, and just, helping you to protect what has been committed to you and to order your agreements and affairs with uprightness. We pray for legal clarity and for the Lord's protection over your rights, interests and businesses, that you may be kept from snares and from every wrong way.

Remember that he who travels on the King's highway is under the King's protection, and that no Christian should practice dishonesty in his business, though it may be called the custom of the trade. Grapple the truths of God to you as with hooks of steel, and walk in the appointed ways where safety is guaranteed and where His angels keep His people. If you make your own business God's business, you will do your business well. To be about your Father's business is sweet employment, and you need not turn aside from the way of daily duty to serve Him there.

So we pray that your building and your operating may be done with wisdom and with integrity before God and men, that favour and breakthrough would come only as He sees fit to grant them, and that growth and new opportunities would be such as honor Christ and advance His purposes. May all counsel you receive help you to mortify what is sinful, to love what is holy, and to seek first His kingdom in every contract and decision.

Heavenly Father, we ask You to guide this lawyer and all who advise, that they may act with truth and justice. Grant protection, grant clarity, grant that all things may be done heartily as unto You. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
