Please pray for justice, on the (store manager) ###, (assistant manager) ###, and (supervisor) ###, for having me fired for no reason at all. I am unemployed now, and I am trying my hardest to look for work. The job I worked before, I really loved it. Because of them, they are the ones who caused it all. I have done, nothing to them. Just a dislike, they have towards me. Everything was fine, until this new girl ### came along. I never been short with my money. A few times yes, but not everyday. When she became a supervisor, and counted my money. She says I was short. Not once a week, but almost every day she's been doing this to me. I don't know, how she did it. But she must be a professional, to do something like that. I wasn't the only victim. There are two other workers, she also tried to get them fired. One of them, she got away with it. Making her $###.### short in her tilt. The other one who was a former nun, she end up quitting because she did not like what was going on in the store. ### doesn't do nothing to her, because her father is friends with him. He has favoritism with her, and few others. ###, he is very rude, sarcastic, not fair with some employees. He even makes threats, because I been threaten by him before. He would say to me like, "IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR JOB, THAN I WILL LET YOU GO! YOU WILL HAVE NO JOB!' I believe he tried to get rid of me before. There are things that he does, that is not professional. He is not a manager material. ### is more of a follower. He wasn't like that before. When I first met him, he was o.k.. He was sort of friendly. That time, he was training to be a manager. After he became a manager, he changed. He became rude not only to employees, but to customers, too. In the way, I feel sorry for him. One, because he is young. Second, it's his first time to be a manager. But he doesn't know the true qualities, in being a good manager. ###, is more like a temptress. She sord of uses herself, to get what she wants. You know like, (WHAT ### WANTS, ### GETS). This is some one, nobody should trust. ### tried to get me fired, but couldn't. She knew, I was suspicious. Later on, she got transfer to another store. Few months later, since she couldn't get me fired. ### and ### finished the dirty work for her. By making me, $###.### short. I didn't want to sign the papers, but ### had forced me to sign it against my will. By saying to me, "if you don't sign it, I won't give you any good reference!" I was crying, and both him and ### showed no remorse for what they had done. They got what they wanted. ### even told me, not to tell nobody from this work. He is trying to cover up himself. After I left, waiting for my mom to pick me up, I saw him outside talking to ###. It was a short conversation. After that, I heard some one saying to me , "that I will, see you around!" And when I look, it was ### holding an envelope with the papers I signed, giving me an evil grin while walking towards his truck. He was on his way, to the human resource in the main store. That is something I never forget, is his evil grin. Like if it was a big victory for him, and his side kicks. Like I said, he got what he wanted. He got rid of me, which it wasn't right in the eyes of God. And that's the time, when I needed my job like everybody else. I do believe I know how ### and ###, set me up. In that store, we only get one lunch break. No 15 minute breaks. When I go to lunch, sometimes when the store gets busy. Either the managers or a supervisor, will operate a cashier's register to bring the customers down. Even when I go to the restroom, they would be on the register when it's busy. They have access to all the cashier's registers. There's something else, you should know. When the cashier's tilt is full, they would pull out some money. Cause that's part of their job. What I believe is, ### and ### pulled out more, that they are not suppose to. And that is why, I am short. Pretty smart, isn't it? I know it's hard to believe, but I am telling the truth. I wouldn't be writing this, if it wasn't true. I do not want to hold this is my conscience, if this wasn't true. There are also others, that were fired unfairly in the store. One of them, was the owner's cousin. He worked in the deli. The reason he got fired it's because, something about leaving the oven on before leaving work. I did not believe that, he would not do something like that. But someone from the deli mentioned, that he was set up. Another thing too is, his supervisor ### didn't like him. Don't know why? I do not want to say, if she did it. Because I wasn't there. Only God knows. And one girl that worked in the bakery, also got fired for nothing. ### fired her, because she knew too much. I know it's crazy, but I believe there is something going on. And the owner of the store, doesn't know about it. People had complaint about ### and his side kicks. But he didn't, do anything about it. Which I feel, it's a shame.
What I am asking for, is to pray for those people for what they did to me and the other employees. I want justice, to be served on them. Pray that they do not get away with it, and make the owner of the store to open his eyes and see their true colors for who they are. And make him find out how me and the others,were fired. How we were set up, and how he was running the store. Pray that me and the others, have our names cleared.
And please also pray that I will get a better job, where I can transfer to another store in any state I want. With better pay, good hours, good benefits, and get treated better. Thank you, and God Bless You!
