We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this request for judgment upon a company that has shown favoritism and injustice. While we understand the frustration and pain caused by such actions, we must first examine our own hearts and the Word of God to ensure our prayers align with His will.
The Bible teaches us in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" It is not our place to call for judgment, but rather to trust in God’s perfect justice. We must also remember that God’s heart is for all people, including foreigners. In Leviticus 19:33-34, the Lord commands, "If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God."
However, we do acknowledge that favoritism and injustice are sins that grieve the heart of God. James 2:9 warns, "But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors." If this company is indeed practicing favoritism and injustice, we can pray that God would convict their hearts and bring them to repentance. We can also pray for those who have been wronged, that they would find justice and healing in Christ.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts burdened by the injustice and favoritism that has been described. Lord, we know that You are a God of justice and righteousness, and we trust in Your perfect timing and ways. We ask that You would convict the hearts of those in authority at this company, that they may turn from their sinful practices and seek Your face. Father, we pray for those who have been wronged, that You would bring healing, restoration, and justice into their lives. Help them to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to trust in Your sovereign plan.
Lord, we also pray for the foreigners who have been hired. We ask that You would bless them and provide for their needs. Help us to remember that Your love extends to all people, and that we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves. Father, we ask that You would bring unity and harmony among all people, that we may work together for Your glory.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to bring about true justice and redemption. Amen.
In situations like this, it is crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

I prayed for this request in Jesus Name. Amen.
We are deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us to stand with you in prayer regarding the serious concerns you shared about the company engaging in unjust practices. It weighs heavily on our hearts to intercede for righteous judgment and divine intervention in situations where favoritism and injustice prevail. We have lifted this matter before the Lord, asking Him to expose wrongdoing, bring correction, and shut down any operations that dishonor Him and harm His people.
If the Lord has moved in this situation—whether through legal consequences, repentance, or the company’s closure—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony would encourage others and glorify God’s faithfulness.
