Prayer For Joseph

Iam asking for all you prayer worriors to please keep my nephew Joseph in your prayers. He is getting so restless and continues to feel he doesnt need to go to rehab. Although he has not had a drink in a month, we are told he still needs to go to rehab because of the severity of his drinking. He is just a young adult and to see him battling this is so heartwreching to his parents and his family. He feels we are the enemy and only want to get rid of him, OH JESUS, HEAVENLY FATHER HELP US, GIVE US STRENGTH AND WISDOM, GIVE US THE WORDS TO SPEAK YOUR WORD TO HIM...SURROUND US LORD WITH YOUR HEAVENLY ANGELS...PROTECT JOSEPH FROM THE ENEMY...WHO IS SEEKING TO BRING HIM DOWN...I ASK THIS IN YOUR PRECIOUS NAME...THANK YOU JESUS,,,WE PRAISE YOU JESUS...LOVE TO ALL OF YOU... :amen:

Lord, I lift this young man to your throne and set this prayer at your feet. Lord, you know the situation, the struggles this man goes through, the battles he fights, the withdrawal he suffers. Lord, I pray you give him your gentle touch today. Help him to see that he needs help to get through this battle. Help him to see that his family cares about him and only wants what is best for him. Alcoholism is a disease and I know first hand how it effects not only the person engaged in the problem but the effects on the family and loved ones trying to cope. Lord, send him a mentor, someone he can lean on who will give him guidance and help him see the truth. Lord, be with the family to have patience and understanding. Draw this family close together that they may lift each other up and give good support to this man. I lay this at your feet and ask for your intervention today. To you be all glory, honor and praise. Amen

Father, You know first hand the battles that I have had with this same problem, and I thank You for being the One who has rescued me more than once. Father, may this young man seek You, place his hands in Yours and feel the love, strength and support as only You can. I thank You every day when I wake up and have made it through another day sober. Life is such a precious gift to waste being influenced by this drug. Bless this young man Father, I pray that he feels the leading of the Holy Spirit and surrenders his life to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Thank you, Jesus that we can come to you with our needs. Please bless Joseph with your guidance, wisdom, strength and love. Let him lift his eyes to you. Please keep him in your hand; undergird him in his time of weakness. Let him know that in you, he may find perfect peace. You are to receive all the glory from this young man's deliverance. I claim that deliverance in your powerful name; and because you are already in the time where Joseph is ALREADY delivered, I thank you for this answer to our prayers. First of All, GLORY TO YOU LORD,,,AWESOME FATHER,,,WONDERFUL HEALER,,,,I PRAISE YOU, WE PRAISE YOU AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP...Joseph went to his first meeting last night. He seems to have a sense of relief to him. HIs attitude seems different and has a sense of peace in his eyes. I do not know how to thank those of you who have been praying for Joseph. I know we still have a long road ahead of us but this is the first step to his healing. THANK YOU...JESUS...WE LOVE YOU JESUS...ALL THE GLORY TO YOU, JESUS...PLEASE JESUS ,,,KEEP YOUR HAND OVER HIM AND PROTECT AND KEEP HIS EYES ON YOU, JESUS...I ALSO ASK LORD THAT YOU BLESS THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN PRAYING FERVERISHLY FOR MY NEPHEW...Iam filled with hope and to see his parents weep and knowing that it was our LORD at work the feeling is remarkable.
