Prayer For Jordan

Lord Jesus, I come to you tonight with Jordan on my mind. Lord, he has so much potential. He is caught up in negative influences and don't acknowledge the positive ones when they are right in his own household. Lord, I ask your mighty hand upon Jordan in all his comings and goings this week. Lord, may no weapons formed against him or to influence him prosper this week. Keep his mind only on his schoolwork. Keep his focus on graduating. Lord, show him the way. I have my hand on his collar still. Lord, let him feel your presence. Help him to feel remorse at all that he has done. I pray the Holy Spirit to bring him under great conviction. Turn him around Lord. Gently guide him so that he will return to you and your will. Lord, I lift up Vida tonight. I know how concerned she is and I ask for peace in her heart. Lord, she has done all she can to encourage this son to take care of business, school business. He has mocked her, disobeyed her, disrespected her at all fronts. Yet, she still stands and loves him. I wish he could understand how much he is cared about. I wish he could understand what he is trying to throw away, and for what? Worldly enticements, the enemy's lies, negative influences and a dead end path to nowhere. Lord, I say "NO" to the enemy. I claim victory for Jordan. Lord, cover him with your blood and bring him back. I thank you and praise you, Lord. To you be the glory. Amen

Lord, I ask that he would feel Your love, the same love that his mother has for him and the same love that has people like us praying for him. Father, it is all Yours, we could not have this love or this bond without You. I pray for this young man to open his eyes, ears and heart and accept what we are all praying for and what You have offered for him, eternal life and a life of servitude. In Jesus' name, Amen.

That deep in his heart, he would understand the "real" presence of You in his life. Guide him through these final days of school - allow him to move forward with his education and life by Your provision. In the name of Jesus, allow strength, peace and blessing to invade this home.
