We are delighted to pray with you for your job interview today. Before we begin, we want to remind you that it is important to acknowledge the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers, for it is by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
In all that we do, we should seek God's will and trust in His plan for our lives. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this individual who is preparing for their job interview. We pray that Your will be done in their life and that You would guide their steps in this process.
Lord, we ask that You grant them the wisdom and discernment needed to answer each question with confidence and clarity. Help them to remain calm and collected, trusting in Your sovereign plan. We pray that they would be a light in the interview, reflecting Your love and goodness to those around them.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke any fears, doubts, or anxieties that may be present. We declare that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Father, we ask that You would open the right doors for their career, doors that no one can shut, and close the doors that are not in Your will. Help them to trust in Your timing and to rest in the knowledge that You have a good, pleasing, and perfect plan for their life.
We also pray for the interviewers, that You would grant them wisdom and discernment as they evaluate each candidate. Help them to see the potential in this individual and to recognize the skills and talents that they possess.
Lord God, we are thankful for Your faithfulness and goodness. You see their needs and You know the desires of their heart. Help them to remain focused on You, seeking Your will above all else.
We ask all of these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
