We have heard your cry and we are bringing you before the Lord together, lifting up your need for work, for provision, and for peace in this season of loneliness and pressure abroad. The weight you are carrying with student debt, credit card balances, installments already due, sleepless nights, and the pain of being cheated on in a relationship is heavy, and we do not take it lightly. We know the Lord sees you in this foreign land and He cares deeply about every detail of your life.
The anxiety you feel about money and the future is something Scripture speaks to directly. We are told not to be anxious in anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, to let our requests be made known to God, and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6-7. We are also called to cast all our worries on Him, because He cares for us, 1 Peter 5:7. That lack of sleep and lack of peace you describe is an invitation to come to Him, for Jesus said Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest, Matthew 11:28. When we lie down, we can rest in Him, for He gives sleep to His beloved, Psalm 4:8, Psalm 127:2. We encourage you to seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well, Matthew 6:33. Our God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:19, and He has promised I will never leave you, nor forsake you, Hebrews 13:5, and Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid, for the Lord your God is the one who goes with you, Deuteronomy 31:6. He is close to the brokenhearted, Psalm 34:18, and He heals those wounds. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight, Proverbs 3:5-6. For we know His plans are for welfare and not for calamity, to give you a future and a hope, Jeremiah 29:11.
We also want to speak lovingly about the relationship hurt you mentioned. Being cheated on brings deep pain and loneliness, and the Lord wants to heal that brokenness. We believe God designed romantic relationships to be courtship with the goal of marriage between a man and a woman, a lifelong covenant that honors Him, and that such courtship should be between two believers in Christ, for we are not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers, 2 Corinthians 6:14. If that relationship involved sexual intimacy outside of marriage, Scripture calls that fornication, and if it involved someone married to another, it is adultery, and God calls us to flee from sexual immorality and to pursue purity, 1 Corinthians 6:18. We do not say this to condemn you, but to point you toward healing and toward God's better way. If there was sin in that relationship, we encourage you to confess it before the Lord and receive His forgiveness, and going forward to seek a godly spouse through a Christ centered courtship that leads to marriage, rather than simply a partner or boyfriend or girlfriend without that holy purpose. In your loneliness abroad, we also encourage you to seek fellowship in a local Bible believing church where you can find community, accountability, and encouragement, for God has placed us in families of believers so we do not walk alone.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we urge you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as Lord, Romans 10:9. It is in His name we pray and find peace and provision.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this dear one to You. You know the burden of debt, the pressure of installments with no income, the anxiety that steals sleep, and the ache of betrayal and loneliness far from home. Lord, we ask You to grant Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind. Heal the wound of that broken relationship and make whole what has been hurt. Lead this life to a godly marriage if it is Your will, and help in pursuing purity and relationships that honor You. Provide, Father, a full time software engineer position that meets the need for visa sponsorship, according to Your perfect will, and give favor in interviews and applications. Help to work heartily, as for You and not for men, Colossians 3:23, and open the right door that no one can shut. Give wisdom to steward finances well and to trust You as Jehovah Jireh, our provider. Grant restful sleep, guidance for each step, and the assurance that You will never leave nor forsake. Draw this heart closer to Jesus, and let Your will be done in every area. We ask all this in the precious and saving name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
We encourage you to keep diligently seeking work while resting in the Lord, to bring every application before Him in prayer, to manage what little you have with faithfulness, Proverbs 21:5, and to stay rooted in Scripture and prayer daily. God is able to make all grace abound toward you, and He is working even when you cannot see it, Romans 8:28. We are standing with you and trusting God with you for His provision, His direction, and His perfect peace.
