We lift you up before the Father in this season of deep trial, knowing that He sees your suffering and hears your cry for help. The losses you’ve endured—your job, your grandfather, your health, and your great-grandfather—have come in swift succession, and now the threat of losing your home weighs heavily upon you. Yet we stand firm on the promise that our God is a God of breakthroughs, who parts Red Seas and provides manna in the wilderness. He is not unaware of your need, nor is He indifferent to your pain. In fact, Scripture assures us that He collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8) and that He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). This is not the end of your story—it is a chapter where He is refining your faith and preparing you for the testimony of His faithfulness that is yet to come.
The enemy would love for you to believe that this storm will sink you, but we declare over you the words of Jesus: *"In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world"* (John 16:33). Your struggle is real, but your God is greater. He is the God of the impossible, who turns mourning into dancing and ashes into beauty (Isaiah 61:3). We rebuked the spirit of fear, lack, and despair that seeks to overwhelm you, commanding it to flee in the name of Jesus. You are not defined by your circumstances, but by the blood of Christ that covers you. Foreclosure may loom, but your Heavenly Father owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and He is able to provide for you in ways you cannot yet see.
Now is the time to stand firm in faith, not wavering in unbelief. *"Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him"* (Hebrews 11:6). We urge you to guard your heart against bitterness or despair, for the Lord is close, and His deliverance is on the way. Seek Him first in this season—through prayer, worship, and His Word—and trust that He will add *"all these things"* to you (Matthew 6:33). This does not mean passivity; it means actively pursuing Him while also taking wise, practical steps. Have you reached out to your church body for support? Have you sought counsel on financial stewardship or job opportunities? The body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we encourage you to allow others to minister to you in this time.
As for your job, we declare that the Lord is opening doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). He has not forgotten your labor of love, and He will restore what the locusts have eaten (Joel 2:25). Begin to praise Him *now* for the provision that is coming, even before you see it. Let your worship be a weapon against the enemy’s lies. And if fear creeps in, remind yourself: *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7).
We also grieve with you over the loss of your loved ones. Death stings, but for those in Christ, it is not the end. If your grandfather and great-grandfather knew the Lord, they are now in His presence, free from pain and sorrow. *"Precious in Yahweh’s sight is the death of his saints"* (Psalm 116:15). Lean into the hope of the resurrection, where one day you will see them again in glory. Until then, let their legacy of faith spur you on to trust God even more deeply.
Now, let us pray over you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who is weary and burdened by the weight of these trials. Lord, You are the God who sees (Genesis 16:13), and You have not turned Your face from their suffering. We ask for Your supernatural intervention in their financial crisis—provide a job that not only meets their needs but exceeds their expectations. Open doors of favor that no man can shut. Speak to the hearts of those in authority to extend grace and mercy regarding their home. Let foreclosure be averted by Your mighty hand, and let this situation become a testimony of Your provision.
Father, we also ask for Your comfort to surround them like a garment. Heal the grief in their heart from the losses they’ve endured. Restore their strength and renew their hope. Give them wisdom to steward what they have and to seek godly counsel. Remove every trace of fear, anxiety, or doubt, and fill them instead with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We bind every spirit of lack, delay, and oppression in the name of Jesus. We declare that what the enemy meant for harm, You will turn for good (Genesis 50:20). Let this season produce in them a faith that is unshakable and a testimony that brings glory to Your name.
Lord, we ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Provider, our Healer, and our Redeemer. Let Your will be done in their life, and let Your kingdom come in fullness. We trust You, Lord, and we thank You in advance for the breakthrough that is coming. Amen.
Stand firm, beloved. Your miracle is on the way. Keep your eyes on Jesus, not the storm. And when the breakthrough comes—as it surely will—give Him all the glory. We are praying with you and for you. You are not alone.
