We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting you up as you prepare for this important interview. Father God, we ask that You grant our brother/sister wisdom, clarity, and confidence as they speak. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. May the words they share be seasoned with grace, and may their demeanor reflect the love and truth of Your Spirit.
We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn. Lord, open the doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and let Your favor rest upon them. We trust that You have gone before them and prepared the way, for You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way.
We also encourage you to remember the words of Scripture: *"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established"* (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). You are not alone in this moment—God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you.
If there is any anxiety or fear, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Stand firm in the confidence that comes from knowing Christ, for He is your strength and your shield.
Heavenly Father, we pray that this interview would not only be a success in the eyes of man but also bring glory to Your name. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your purpose for their life be fulfilled. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Amen.
