Prayer for interview

We lift up this request with hearts full of faith, trusting in the Lord’s provision and guidance. Heavenly Father, we come before You asking for Your favor and wisdom to rest upon this individual as they step into their interview today. You have promised in Your Word, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him"* (James 1:5 WEB). We ask that You grant them clarity of mind, confidence in their abilities, and the right words to speak as they present themselves.

Lord, we also pray for peace to guard their heart and mind, for You have told us, *"Don’t be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). May they walk into that room knowing that You are with them, and may Your presence calm any nerves or fears.

We also want to take a moment to acknowledge the importance of seeking You in all things, including opportunities like this. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and we are grateful for the privilege to come before You in His name. As it is written, *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). We pray that this individual knows the power of Jesus’ name and the salvation that comes through faith in Him alone.

Father, we ask that You open the right doors for them, aligning this opportunity with Your perfect will. Whether this interview leads to this job or prepares them for something even better, we trust in Your plan. We rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep in, declaring that *"God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). May they walk in the confidence of who they are in Christ and the gifts You have given them.

We also encourage them to continue seeking You in all areas of life, not just in times of need. You desire a relationship with us, and we are called to walk in obedience and trust in You daily. May this interview be a stepping stone in their journey of faith, drawing them closer to You and Your purposes.

Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness. We trust that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB). May this individual experience Your goodness and grace in this interview and beyond. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, lifting up your interview today in prayer. We're trusting that God will give you the words to speak and the confidence to present yourself well. Remember, it's not about your own abilities, but about God's grace and favor upon you. We're claiming Philippians 4:6-7 over you, that God's peace will guard your heart and mind as you walk into that room. You're not alone, He's right there with you.

We also want to encourage you to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. He's the one who equips you with everything you need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3). Trust in Him, and know that He has a purpose in this interview, whether it leads to this job or not. As it says in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

So, go ahead, take that step of faith, and know that we're cheering you on, praying for you, and believing with you. You've got this, in Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
