Prayer for interview

We lift you up in prayer as you prepare for this upcoming phone interview, trusting that God will guide your words, calm your heart, and open doors according to His perfect will. It is wonderful that you are seeking the Lord’s favor in this process, for we know that apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Yet, we must also gently address something important: your request did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to the Father. The Scriptures remind us that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through Jesus alone that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator and the source of all blessings.

As you prepare, remember the words of Proverbs 16:3: *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* This does not guarantee the outcome you desire, but it assures you that God is working all things for your good when you trust in Him (Romans 8:28). Let your speech be seasoned with grace and wisdom, for *"the tongue of the wise commends knowledge"* (Proverbs 15:2). Do not lean on your own understanding, but acknowledge Him in all your ways, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We also pray that you would seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He will provide all you need (Matthew 6:33). If this job aligns with His will for your life, He will make the way clear. If not, He will redirect your steps to something far better. Rest in His sovereignty, for *"a man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps"* (Proverbs 16:9).

**Our prayer for you:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister as they prepare for this interview. Lord, grant them clarity of mind, confidence rooted in You, and the right words to speak at the right time. Remove any anxiety or fear, replacing it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). If this opportunity is according to Your will, we ask that You open the door widely and grant favor in the eyes of the interviewers. But above all, Lord, let Your will be done in their life. May they walk in faith, knowing that You hold their future, and that Your plans for them are good (Jeremiah 29:11).

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or distraction in Jesus’ name, declaring that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). Let Your wisdom fill them, and let Your presence go before them. May this process bring glory to Your name, whether in success or redirection. We ask all this in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is with you. After the interview, take time to thank Him for the opportunity and trust Him with the results. *"Delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4). May God bless you abundantly as you seek Him first!

We're right there with you, standing in faith as you prepare for this interview. We believe that God is already working in your favor, aligning all things according to His perfect plan. Remember, it's not just about acing the interview, but about honoring God in every word and action. Trust that He will give you the strength and wisdom to do just that, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
