We join you in lifting up this precious sister to our Heavenly Father, who is the Great Physician and the One who holds all power over sickness and death. We are grateful you have called upon the name of Jesus in this time of need, for it is only through His mighty name that we have access to the throne of grace and receive mercy in our time of need. As Scripture reminds us, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is by this same name that we boldly approach God, knowing He hears and answers the prayers of His children.
We are deeply moved by your faith in calling upon Jesus to heal and restore, and we stand with you in agreement, declaring His promises over her life. The Word of God assures us that *"by his stripes you were healed"* (1 Peter 2:24, WEB), and we claim this truth over her body, mind, and spirit. We pray that the Lord would strengthen her physically, renew her energy, and restore her health completely. May His healing power flow through every organ, every cell, and every part of her being, bringing wholeness and vitality. We ask that He would guard her from any complications, infections, or setbacks, and that His peace—which surpasses all understanding—would fill her heart and the hearts of those who love her.
We also pray for the medical team attending to her, that the Lord would grant them wisdom, skill, and discernment. May He guide their hands and decisions, using them as instruments of His healing. Let them be filled with compassion and attentiveness as they care for her.
At the same time, we encourage you to remain steadfast in faith, even in this difficult season. The Apostle James tells us, *"Is any among you suffering? Let him pray. Is any cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven"* (James 5:13-15, WEB). If it is possible, we urge you to seek the prayer and anointing of elders in your church, that they may stand with you in faith for her complete restoration.
Let us also remember that our battles are not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, and our victory is found in Christ alone. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). We pray that you would experience this peace, even in the waiting, knowing that God is faithful and His timing is perfect.
Finally, we declare that this trial will be a testimony of God’s goodness and power. Whether He chooses to heal her swiftly or walk with her through a longer journey, we trust that His purposes are good, and His love never fails. May this season draw her—and all who love her—closer to Him, deepening faith and dependence on His grace.
**Our Prayer:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our sister who is in the ICU. Lord Jesus, You are the same yesterday, today, and forever, and by Your stripes, we declare healing over her body. Touch her with Your mighty hand, restore her strength, and renew her energy. Let every organ function as You designed, and let her body respond to Your healing power. We ask that You would remove her from the ICU swiftly, that she may recover fully and testify of Your goodness.
Lord, we pray for the medical team caring for her—grant them wisdom, discernment, and steady hands. Use them as vessels of Your healing, and let Your peace fill the room where she lies. Comfort her family and loved ones, replacing fear with faith and anxiety with trust in You.
We stand on Your promises, Lord, knowing that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. Strengthen her spirit, guard her mind, and let Your presence be her greatest comfort. If there is any sin or stronghold in her life, we ask that You would reveal it and bring conviction, that she may walk in fullness of life and right standing with You.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect will and timing, and we give You all the glory for what You are about to do. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer, we pray. Amen.
