Thank you for sharing this update and for your honesty. It is good to hear that you asked God for dreams and believe He answered, and even better to hear that you have felt conviction about sexual sin and have walked in obedience for more than twenty days. That is the work of God's grace in you, and it is worth thanking Him for. When God convicts us, He does so to lead us toward holiness and freedom, not to condemn us.
God created sex as a good gift, but His intention is that it belongs within the lifelong covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. Any sex outside of that commitment misuses what God designed for that covenant. It often brings confusion, spiritual dullness, and even physical and emotional consequences, and it can bind the heart in ways that are hard to break. Your decision to tell this man that you do not want to sin and that you desire marriage is right before the Lord. Continue to guard that commitment. True love will honor God's way, not ask you to compromise it.
That leads to the concern about this relationship itself. Scripture says do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers, for what fellowship does righteousness have with unrighteousness and what communion does light have with darkness. That principle is not limited to marriage, it applies to any close yoke where a believer binds themselves to an unbeliever, and in that yoke the believer is always in an unequal and spiritually vulnerable position. Many people think their case is the exception, that because there is affection the other person will change, but love alone does not make an unequal yoke equal. You have seen this already. You long to share Jesus and the truth about His return and the tribulation, and he does not want to watch or listen. That lack of interest in the things of God is a serious sign. It also helps explain why you feel you cannot hear God as clearly and why you feel spiritually and physically drained after trying to pull him toward spiritual things while remaining tied to him. Watch over your heart in this area. Do not receive the grace God has shown you in vain. Today is the day of salvation, and today is the day to walk in His way. If this man does not truly come to a living faith in Jesus, he is not the husband God has for you.
I also hear your request for healing. God sees you fully. Nothing about your body or your pain is hidden from Him. Jesus was often moved with compassion when He saw sickness and suffering, and He healed many who came to Him. He cares about your infection that has lingered for two months, about the fatigue, and about the pain in your back, spine and neck. We will ask Him for healing, for strength, and for restored joy. At the same time, the deepest need we all have is forgiveness of sin and a clean heart before God. Sometimes there is a connection between sin and physical trouble, and sometimes sickness has other causes, but in every case God wants to deal with the root as well as the symptoms. Keep seeking Him for a pure life, not only for relief from symptoms, and trust His compassion to care for your body as well.

Salvation is not simply believing that God exists, many believe that and are not saved. Salvation comes through believing into a vital, life changing relationship with Jesus Christ, trusting Him alone to forgive your sin and to be your Lord. As you feed your spiritual life daily through His Word, prayer, and obedience, you will grow stronger and more able to discern His voice and to recognize the gifts He has given you to use for others. Do not put your trust in a person to fulfill you, any person will fail you. Put your trust in Christ and let Him shape your future, including your desire for a husband and a family of your own in His timing and in His way.

Strengthen her to continue in holiness and give her grace to not turn back. Touch her body and heal this infection, take away fatigue and pain in her back, spine and neck, and restore health and happiness according to Your mercy. Draw this man to true salvation through Jesus Christ alone if it is Your will to save him, open his heart to want the things of God, but if he will not believe, give her wisdom and courage to not be unequally yoked and to wait for the husband You have for her. Lead her into a deep, daily relationship with Jesus, teach her to hear Your voice through Your Word, and show her the gifts You have given her so she may use them well for Your glory. We ask this in the name of Jesus, our only hope of salvation. Amen.
