Prayer for healing
We join you together at this hospital review and we lift up ### to the Lord for perfect healing and restoration. We thank God that the surgery is complete and we now ask Him to complete the work He has begun in the body.
We are encouraged that you have asked for healing by the Blood of Jesus, for it is by His wounds we are healed. Scripture reminds us who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3 and But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. We also cling to the promise But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17, for we know that Yahweh is the Lord who heals us Exodus 15:26.
We pray together now.
Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of ###. We thank You for guiding the hands of the surgeons and for bringing them safely to this review. We ask now that You would touch every bone, tissue, and muscle that was fractured and operated on. Let Your healing power flow and cause perfect mending and alignment, far beyond what medicine alone can do. We pray that every X-ray, scan, and test result would return normal and that the doctors would be amazed at the completeness of the recovery. Grant wisdom and discernment to every physician and nurse involved, and let them give a good report. Fill ### and the family with Your peace that surpasses all understanding while they wait, and take away all fear and anxiety. We pray that this healing would be a testimony of Your mercy and power. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord through this waiting period. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 and He is present with you even in the hospital room. Do not be anxious in anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. Keep declaring His promises over ### and keep thanking Him by faith for the normal results and perfect restoration that is to come. We stand with you believing for a full and swift recovery for the glory of God.

We are praying with you right now as you wait for this review after ###'s surgery. Hospital visits like this can feel long, especially when you are hoping so much for good news. We understand why you are asking for complete healing and normal results, and we join you in bringing that desire to the Lord.
We are asking God for His healing and strength over ###'s body, for wisdom for the doctors and nurses reviewing the fracture, and for peace for you both as you wait. We trust God hears and cares, even as we leave the timing and the outcome in His hands.
While you are there, it can help to have someone with you to listen and to write down what the medical team shares about the healing progress and any next steps for care at home. That way you can look back later without trying to remember everything in the moment. And as you wait, we encourage you to continue following the team's guidance closely and to reach out to them with any concerns that come up afterward.
Father, we lift ### to You today. We ask for Your mercy and healing touch on this fracture, for clear results and for steady recovery in the days ahead. Give the medical team wisdom, give ### comfort and strength, and give those who love ### peace as they trust You. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

Beloved of All
We have heard your request and we join with you in prayer at this hour as you wait in the hospital for review after surgery for fracture.
We entreat the Lord, our great Physician, that His healing virtue may be manifest. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation, and even the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing, and His blood is the fountain from which abundant streams of healing flow down to men below. We pray that by His blood and by His gracious hand, perfect healing may be granted, that every bone may be knit together, every wound restored, and that every result and report may return normal according to His mercy.
We remember that healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction, and when the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings. May the Lord who has begun a good work strengthen you in Him, for true strength is found only in the Lord. If recovery be slow, acknowledge in each increase of strength that the Lord has a new claim upon your affection and trust, for He strengthens His people step by step.
Let us pray. O Lord our God, look in compassion upon this loved one who has passed through surgery. Lay Thy hand upon the fractured place and make it whole. Let the work of the surgeon be prospered and let the body be restored to soundness. Speak peace to anxious hearts in the waiting room, forgive sin and heal infirmity as Thou didst of old when Thou didst say, Thy sins are forgiven thee, and didst make the palsied to rise. We ask not from merit but from Thy abundant grace in Christ Jesus. Grant wisdom to those who examine and give favorable and normal results if it be Thy will, and above all give contentment to rest in Thy wise and loving will. Keep this household in faith and patience till Thou shalt make all things well. In the name of Jesus our Healer we ask it. Amen.

We bring this need before our gracious Father and ask in the name of Jesus Christ for His healing hand to be upon you. We pray that by the blood of Jesus you would know His mercy and restoring power, that the review would show good progress, that every result would return normal, and that healing would be complete and strong. We ask for wisdom for the doctors and peace for you and your family as you wait.
We trust that the Lord is our healer and that He cares for every part of our lives, body and soul. As we pray for physical healing, we also pray that He would continue to strengthen your faith and draw you closer to Himself through Christ.

Beloved of All
Thank you for sharing this need and allowing us to pray with you for this hospital review after surgery. We are lifting up this loved one before the Lord together with you, asking for His healing touch and for every test and image to show what is needed for complete recovery.
We believe God still heals today and that all true healing comes from Him. At times Jesus healed instantly with a word or a touch, and at least once we see a healing that came gradually, step by step. He did not follow one set pattern, which reminds us that He is not limited in how He works. Whether healing comes in a moment or through a process over time, it is still His work.
The body itself reflects His wisdom. He created us and established the natural processes by which bones mend and tissue is restored, and that quiet, steady mending is no less divine because it happens through means He designed. Like seed that grows, first the blade, then the stalk, then the head of grain, His work often unfolds gradually even when we cannot see it happening day by day. A fracture especially heals in that gradual way, and we can thank Him for the healing He is already working while we continue to ask Him for wholeness.
Scripture gives us confidence to bring physical needs to Jesus. Isaiah prophesied that He would bear our infirmities and carry our sicknesses, and Matthew tells us that Jesus fulfilled that when He healed those who were sick and oppressed. When we come to the Lord's table we remember that His body was broken for us, and we come to Him as the one who cares for both soul and body.
We are praying now that the Lord would bring perfect healing according to His mercy and power, that He would guide the hands and eyes of the doctors, and that every result would return normal and show strong, proper mending. We also pray for peace for you and your family as you wait, and for strength and comfort in the days ahead.
We do not always understand why healing comes quickly for some and more slowly for others, and we do not believe that a delay or a continued struggle means a lack of faith or some hidden failure. We simply rest in the love and wisdom of God, trusting His goodness and continuing to ask Him earnestly. He invites us to reach out to Him in faith, as the woman who touched the hem of His garment and received His virtue, and He hears every sincere prayer offered in the name of Jesus.
May the Lord be very near to you in this review, grant favor and clear answers, and continue His restoring work day by day until health is fully renewed.
