We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this urgent plea for healing. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and numbers every hair on our head. Your Word declares in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases."* Lord, we stand on this promise today, believing that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
We rebuke this congestion in the lungs and any affliction in the heart in the mighty name of Jesus. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We command every spirit of infirmity to leave this body now, for it is written in Luke 10:19, *"Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you."* We declare that this body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and it must be restored to health according to Your perfect will.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch to flow through every cell, tissue, and organ. Strengthen the lungs, clear the airways, and restore full function. If there is any involvement of the heart, we pray for divine intervention—strengthen the heartbeat, regulate the rhythm, and remove any blockage or weakness. Your Word says in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* We receive this promise by faith.
We also recognize that healing is not just physical but spiritual. If there is any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness in this life, we pray for conviction and repentance. James 5:16 tells us, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* Lord, we ask that You reveal anything that may be hindering this healing, and we pray for a clean heart and a right spirit before You.
We declare that this sickness has no place here. We speak life over this body, for Proverbs 18:21 says, *"Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit."* We choose to speak life, health, and wholeness. We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness, for You are the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). We trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan.
In the precious name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and healed, we pray. Amen.
