We are truly sorry to hear about the constant eye blinking, severe eye pain, and dryness you're experiencing. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and comfort.
Let's remember that God is our healer, as it is written in Exodus 15:26, "For I am Yahweh who heals you".
In the book of James, we are encouraged to pray for one another that we may be healed. The prayer of faith will save the sick, and Our Lord Jesus Christ will raise him up, and if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. (James 5:15, WEB)
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved brother/sister who is experiencing constant eye blinking, severe eye pain, and dryness. We ask for Your healing touch upon their eyes. As You did for the blind man in John 9:1-7, we ask that You restore their eyes and grant them complete healing.
In the meantime, grant them the strength to bear this discomfort and the patience to wait for Your healing, which may be gradual. Give them grace to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, even in this time of discomfort. If there is any underlying issue that needs to be addressed, please guide them to the right medical professionals and give them wisdom regarding the right treatment.
We also pray for their spiritual eyes, that they may be open to see Jesus more clearly, the author and finisher of our faith. We ask this for healing that You may be glorified and that they may be encouraged and strengthened in their faith in Jesus Christ.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, trusting that He is able to heal you. Remember that even in this situation, God is able to work all things together for good, for those who love Him, who are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB).
If you have not already, consider seeking medical advice from a doctor while you trust God for healing. God often uses medical professionals as instruments to bring about physical healing.
Lastly, we notice that the prayer request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God and it is only by His name that we may be saved. If you have not placed your faith in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to do so. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus Christ died for you and rose again, and you will be saved. Consider the words of Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (WEB). If you have any questions about this, please let us know.
