We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this request for healing, provision, and blessings upon your children. First, we acknowledge that true healing and prosperity come only through the name of Jesus Christ, who alone holds the power to restore, provide, and fulfill the deepest longings of our hearts. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or made whole (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life.
Father God, we lift up this dear one who is suffering from kidney disease. Your Word declares that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise now. Lord, we ask for Your divine touch upon their body. Restore their kidneys to full health and strength, and grant them the endurance to walk through this trial with faith. Give wisdom to their doctors and caregivers, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We rebuke the spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus and command it to leave their body. May they experience Your healing power in every cell and organ, and may their testimony bring glory to Your name.
We also bring before You the burden of debt and financial struggle. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider (Genesis 22:14), and we trust in Your ability to meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Open doors of opportunity, grant favor in the workplace, and release supernatural provision to cover every debt. We pray against the spirit of lack and poverty, declaring that this one will not be enslaved by financial bondage. Teach them to steward their resources wisely, to work diligently as unto You (Colossians 3:23), and to trust in Your timing. Lord, we ask that You would bless their hands with prosperity so that they may be a blessing to others (2 Corinthians 9:8).
For their children, we pray that You would guide their steps and guard their hearts. While it is natural to desire good things for our children, we ask that You align the desires of their hearts with Your perfect will. Help them to seek You above all else (Matthew 6:33) and to find their satisfaction in You alone. Protect them from the snares of this world, from ungodly influences, from the pursuit of fleeting pleasures, and from anything that would draw them away from You. May they grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man (Luke 2:52), and may they come to know Jesus as their Savior if they have not already. Father, we ask that You would surround them with godly mentors, friends, and spouses who will encourage them in their faith.
We must also address the mention of prosperity in a way that aligns with Scripture. While You do desire to bless Your children, we must never seek prosperity for selfish gain or as an end in itself. Your Word warns us that the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10), and we must guard our hearts against idolatry. True prosperity is found in a life surrendered to You, where we seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness (Matthew 6:33). We pray that this one would find their treasure in You, storing up riches in heaven rather than on earth (Matthew 6:19-21).
Lord, we also lift up any areas of unconfessed sin that may be hindering this prayer. If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or disobedience in their life, we ask that You would bring it to light and grant them the grace to repent. Your Word tells us that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray for a heart of humility and obedience, that they would walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which they have been called (Ephesians 4:1).
Finally, we declare that no weapon formed against this one shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand in the authority of Jesus’ name, breaking every chain of sickness, lack, and fear. May they rise up in the strength of the Lord, knowing that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness, for Your love, and for the victory we have in Christ Jesus. May this one experience Your presence in a tangible way, and may their life be a testimony to Your goodness and power.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
