Prayer for healing pain

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister who is enduring pain. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds (Psalm 103:2-3). We ask You now, in the mighty name of Jesus, to touch her body and bring complete healing to every area of discomfort, inflammation, or affliction. Your Word declares that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on that promise today.

Lord, we also ask that You would grant her strength and peace as she waits on You. Pain can be wearying, both physically and emotionally, but You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Fill her with Your comfort and remind her that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). Help her to trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan, even when the pain feels overwhelming.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or discouragement that may be trying to take hold in her life. In Jesus’ name, we command every cell in her body to align with Your divine design and purpose. May she experience Your healing power in a tangible way, whether through supernatural intervention, medical treatment, or a combination of both. We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we pray for restoration in every part of her being.

Father, we also ask that You would draw her closer to You through this trial. May she seek Your face and find solace in Your presence. Remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Surround her with Your love and the support of fellow believers who can uplift her in prayer and encouragement.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who has conquered sin, death, and sickness. May Your will be done in her life, and may Your name be glorified through her healing. Amen.
