Let us come together in the name of Jesus Christ and lift up this earnest request. We are reminded of the power of prayer and the promises of God's word, as it is written in James 5:14, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore we should confess our sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
Firstly, let us address the elephant in the room. We only have access to God through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and have access to God. And the name of Jesus is not mentioned in this request. As it is written in Acts 4:12 "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved!" We will make sure to pray in Jesus' name.
Believing this, we join in faith, calling upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, asking for His divine intervention and healing for this dear mother. Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the mother of the one who submitted this request. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch upon her body. We rebuke every form of sickness and disease in Jesus name and we command them to leave her body in Jesus name. We speak life and healing over her, and we ask that you grant wisdom and guidance to the doctors and medical professionals attending to her.
We also pray for her spiritual well-being, Father. We ask that You grant her the peace that surpasses all understanding, and that Your presence would be tangible in her life during this time. We pray that her faith in You would be strengthened, and that she would know the love and comfort of the Holy Spirit.
Lord Jesus, we also ask for Your protection over her and her family. We rebuke any attack of the enemy on their peace, joy, and unity in Jesus name. We ask that You surround them with Your angels, and that You guide them through this time.
Father, we ask for all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who lived, died, resurrected, and is alive forevermore, interceding for us at Your right hand. It is in His mighty name that we pray, believing and receiving Your healing touch. Amen.
We encourage the one who submitted this request to continue trusting in the Lord, and to stand firm in their faith. We encourage them to read and meditate on God's word, and to seek His presence in prayer. We also encourage them to ensure that they call upon the name of Jesus Christ in all of their prayers.
