Prayer For Healing In My Marriage

My husband and I will be celebrating our second wedding anniversary on Monday. He has cheated on me in the past but I kept my mouth shut and ignored it. Now I believe he is doing it again. He is gone late even after he is done with work. He has come home in throwing up from drinking too much. He is a Christian, as am I, I am at my breaking point. We have 2 young children and I feel like my heart is breaking into a million pieces. The only way to make the pain go away is to drink myself. I'm lost......

My dear sister, two wrongs don't make a right, by drinking you will be making it worse and before you know it, you will be tempted to cheat on him as well. My prayer is that you confront him and talk this issue over, and pray. Let's pray: Father of tender mercies, we surrender this couple to You, grant them wisdom and understanding, give them grace to work things out in their marriage. Father, let them seek Your word and disconnect them from beer drinking and adultery. Father by Your Spirit, bring conviction and convert them to true repentance in Jesus' name. We call the husband to love the wife and the wife to submission. Blood of Jesus cover this marriage and insulate it against the wiles of the evil one. Father, touch their hearts and bring healing in Jesus' name...amen
