We join with you in prayer for healing in your brain and head and we thank you for seeking Christ to show you what to repent of and to show you the way. Your desire to humble yourself before Him and invite Him to search your heart is pleasing to God and aligns with His Word.
We are reminded that God is our healer and that He cares for both our bodies and our souls. Scripture tells us to praise Yahweh who forgives all your sins and who heals all your diseases in Psalm 103:2-3 and that by his wounds we are healed in Isaiah 53:5. We also cling to the promise in Jeremiah 30:17 where He says For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh, and in Psalm 147:3 that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. At the same time we know that not every affliction is caused by a specific sin that must be uncovered, though all of us need ongoing repentance and cleansing. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness in 1 John 1:9. Your prayer to be shown what to repent for is biblical and we encourage you to continue praying as David prayed in Psalm 139:23-24 Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way.
We also pray for wisdom and clear guidance for you as you seek His way. We are told in James 1:5 that if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach and it will be given to him, and in Proverbs 3:5-6 to trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. In Psalm 32:8 He promises I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. We encourage you to stay in the Word daily, to confess any sin the Holy Spirit brings to mind, to walk in obedience, and to also seek wise medical care as God often works through physicians and treatment alongside prayer. And as you wait for healing, remember the call in James 5:14-15 to call for the elders of the assembly to pray over you anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up.
We now pray together for you. Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our only mediator and Savior, and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You know the pain and pressure and struggle in the brain and head, every cell and every thought, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask in Jesus name that You would touch and heal, restore health and bring wholeness according to Your perfect will. Lay Your healing hand upon this head and brain and bring peace, clarity and strength. We ask that You would search this heart as only You can, reveal anything that needs to be confessed and repented of, and grant the grace to turn from it fully. Cleanse from all unrighteousness and lead in the everlasting way. Give wisdom to know the next steps, guidance for doctors if needed, and a deep assurance of Your presence. Help this dear one to trust You with all their heart and to hear Your voice clearly. We thank You that You are near to all who call on You in truth and that You hear our prayers through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Wanting to walk honestly before the Lord is a good desire, and He is gentle as He guides us. Sometimes He does put a specific matter on our hearts to confess and turn from, and other times He simply invites us to rest in His mercy and keep seeking Him day by day while we wait for healing. You do not have to figure it all out alone or all at once.
One steady next step that often helps is to have both kinds of support around you. Alongside prayer, if you have not already, please have your head symptoms checked by your doctor or clinic so they can care for you well. It can also help to ask a trusted pastor or mature believer you know to pray with you in person and to walk with you as you ask the Lord for wisdom about next steps.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your prayer for healing in your head and brain has been heard, and we bring it before the Lord Jesus Christ who is both our pardon and our physician.
There is abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. It is written that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and even the least thing about Christ is healing. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the leaves, the little things as it were about Christ, are full of healing virtue. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises upon them with healing in His wings. Pardon and healing are one in His hand, for when Jesus healed the sick He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you. So we pray that you may look to Him now, even to touch the hem of His garment by faith, for there is no stint in His healing power though the need be great.
You ask also that Christ would show you what you need to repent of and show you the way. Take comfort in this, that repentance is not a qualification you must bring to Christ before He will receive you, but it is His own gift. He was exalted to be a Prince and a Saviour to give repentance as well as forgiveness of sins. We are to preach repentance in the name of Jesus, which means it comes from Him and through Him, not from our own searching and striving alone.
Do not think you must first find a perfect repentance and then come to Christ. You are to come to Christ as you are, as nothing, and to trust Him just as you are to forgive you, and then repentance will come. Any repentance that keeps you from believing in Christ is a repentance that needs to be repented of. True repentance gives God glory. It does not keep you looking within to weigh your own tears, but it makes you look out of self to Christ and to Christ only. It weeps and abhors past sin because of the love of Christ which has pardoned it. It stands at the Cross and sees sin forgiven and then repents more than ever.
Repentance lives as long as faith. It is not a bitter operation to be gotten through at the beginning and then put away. Sweet sister Repentance is charming company for the whole pilgrimage, for the dearer Christ is to us, the blacker sin appears. The goodness of God is meant to lead you to repentance. He does not drive you, He leads you, as you learn how terribly Christ suffered because of sin and how freely He loved sinners. He came not to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance.
Therefore do not be anxious to invent a repentance that will qualify you. Come now to the Lord Jesus as a sinner needing both pardon and healing. Ask Him to give you the repentance unto life which is practical and lasting, which yields works meet for repentance, and which leaps for joy at the thought that God has set forth Christ to be a propitiation for sin.
Let us pray for you. O Lord Jesus Christ, Thou who didst bear our sicknesses and carry our sorrows, look in mercy upon this afflicted one. Lay Thy healing hand upon the head and brain, and grant relief according to Thy perfect will. Thou Sun of Righteousness, rise with healing. Forgive all sin and speak peace to the conscience. Give the gift of true repentance which looks to Thee and gives Thee glory. Lead by Thy goodness into turning from all sin, and show the way step by step by Thy Spirit and Thy Word. Keep this dear soul trusting wholly in Thy finished work on the Cross, and let hope live in Thee alone. In Thy name we ask it, Amen.
