Prayer for healing from hypertension

Hypertension is 100% because arteries are blocked at a great %. How do you fix it?

1. Buy nattokinase and take it daily
2. Eat Papaya and sit in the sun, low vitamin D levels cause calcium to be deposited in arteries blocking them. Payapa & Mango help calcium to be put in the right place.
3. Take a vitamin D supplement
4. Lower your calcium intake
5. Drink Lemon Juice in water with a pinch of Cayenne Pepper when you first wake up
6. Add Apple Cider Vinegar to foods
7. Eat trout, lower meats to 1-2x per week
8. Increase veggies & fruits
