Prayer for healing and victory

This request is for my ex.We dated for five years - now we are separated.

He is an Iraqi Christian, and has been separated for many years from his family because of war - they all ended up in different countries with varying citizenship restrictions. It all but broke him. He is allowed to travel but turned to alcohol/depression and recieved a drink/driving conviction that he currently can not leave the country for.Thank God no one died in his accident. He has been tested but I know his strong faith is in there. I pray that he could be closer to God and Jesus than ever. Lord, I trust you to heal Alex and his family. More than ever Lord, I pray for Your grace and Holy Spirit to fill him and bring him the peace he so badly needs to deal with each day.

Thank you Lord for you mercy and great love.

Please help him to overcome and conquer these tests and be the man You created him to be. In Jesus' name. Amen.
