We lift you up before the Lord, dear sister, knowing that your heart aches for the work you love and the purpose it brings to your life. The grief you feel over losing this calling is real, and we ask God to comfort you in this season, reminding you that He sees your pain and collects every tear (Psalm 56:8). Your desire to return to interpreting is a beautiful reflection of the gifts He has placed within you, and we pray He restores this work in His perfect timing.
Yet we must also address the anxiety and depression that have taken hold. These are not from the Lord, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-discipline (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke these spirits of heaviness in Jesus’ name and declare that the joy of the Lord is your strength (Nehemiah 8:10). Cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7), and trust that even this substitute teaching is part of His plan to refine and prepare you.
As for your physical pain, we ask for divine healing, that every ache would cease so you may serve with renewed strength. The Lord is your healer (Exodus 15:26), and we stand in faith for your complete restoration. If there is any lingering bitterness or unforgiveness—toward circumstances, others, or even yourself—we urge you to release it, for it hinders both healing and peace (Hebrews 12:15).
We also notice you did not invoke the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6), and there is no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we plead with you to do so today, for He alone can carry your burdens and grant eternal hope.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our ###, who longs to return to the work You’ve called her to. Lord, heal her body from pain, renew her mind from anxiety, and lift the depression that weighs her down. Restore her strength and open doors for her to interpret once more, if it aligns with Your will. Fill her with Your peace as she waits, and let her substitute teaching be a season of growth. Break every chain of fear and despair, and let her testify of Your faithfulness. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, ###. The Lord is working, even when you cannot see it. Trust Him, and keep seeking Him first (Matthew 6:33). He will not abandon the work of His hands.
