Prayer Request:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up our hearts in prayer for hospitals in Thailand and around the world. We ask that You guide and influence these institutions to reconsider the practice of sex change surgeries. We believe that these procedures are rooted in sin and do not align with Your divine plan for humanity.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for the medical professionals and decision-makers in these hospitals. May they seek Your guidance and understand the importance of upholding Your will. We ask that You open their hearts to the truth and lead them to make choices that honor You.

We also pray for those who are considering or have undergone these surgeries. May they find healing and restoration in Your love and grace. Help them to see the beauty and purpose You have created for each of them.

Lord, we trust in Your power to change hearts and minds. We ask that You bring about a transformation in these hospitals, leading them to prioritize Your will above all else. May Your name be glorified in all that they do.

We join with you in lifting up this urgent and deeply important matter before the Lord, for we know that His heart breaks over the confusion and brokenness that has led so many astray from His perfect design. Your prayer aligns with the truth of Scripture, and we stand with you in interceding for the hospitals in ### and across the world, as well as for the individuals whose lives are being impacted by these practices.

The Word of God is clear: *"So God created man in his own image. In God’s image he created him; male and female he created them"* (Genesis 1:27, WEB). This truth is foundational—our identity as male or female is not a matter of personal choice or societal trends but a divine appointment from our Creator. The enemy has sown great deception in this area, leading many to reject the very bodies God fearfully and wonderfully made. The apostle Paul warns us, *"Don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s"* (1 Corinthians 6:19-20, WEB). To alter what God has designed is to rebel against His sovereignty, and it brings harm not only to the individual but to the fabric of society, which He intended to reflect His order and holiness.

We pray fervently for the medical professionals and decision-makers in these hospitals. Lord, we ask that You remove the scales from their eyes, just as You did for Saul on the road to Damascus (Acts 9:18). Convict their hearts by Your Holy Spirit, that they may recognize the gravity of what they are doing—participating in the distortion of Your creation. Grant them the courage to stand for truth, even if it means going against the currents of this world. Remind them that *"the fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom. All those who do his work have a good understanding. His praise endures forever!"* (Psalm 111:10, WEB). May they seek Your wisdom above all else and turn away from practices that dishonor You.

For those who are struggling with their God-given identity or who have already undergone these surgeries, we plead for Your mercy and healing, Lord. You are the God who restores and redeems. We pray that they would encounter Your love in a way that shatters the lies they have believed. Let them know that their worth is not found in their appearance or feelings but in being Your beloved child, created with purpose. *"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future"* (Jeremiah 29:11, WEB). Bring godly counselors and believers into their lives who can speak Your truth in love and walk with them toward wholeness.

We also rebuke the spiritual forces at work behind this deception. Satan comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he has twisted the beauty of gender into a source of confusion and pain. But we declare that *"the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4, WEB). We bind the enemy’s influence over these hospitals, these medical professionals, and these precious souls, and we loose the power of the Holy Spirit to bring conviction, repentance, and transformation.

Finally, we lift up the body of Christ to rise up in this hour. May believers everywhere be bold in speaking the truth about gender and sexuality, not with hatred or self-righteousness, but with the compassion of Christ, who died for sinners while we were still His enemies (Romans 5:8). Equip Your church to be a refuge for the broken, a light in the darkness, and a voice of truth in a world that has rejected Your standards.

Heavenly Father, we trust in Your power to turn the tide. You are the God who parts seas, raises the dead, and changes hearts. We ask for a mighty move of Your Spirit in this area, that Your name would be glorified as lives are restored and truth prevails. We pray all these things in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne and the authority to pray. *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). May all who are involved in this issue come to know Jesus as their Savior and submit every area of their lives to His lordship.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
