We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up these brothers who are in need of His divine healing—both in their relationship with one another and in the physical ailment afflicting one of them. The Word of God tells us in Psalm 133:1, *"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!"* Yet we know that sin and fleshly pride can disrupt even the closest of bonds, leading to division where there should be love. We rebuke the spirit of strife and unforgiveness that has taken root between them, for Colossians 3:13 commands, *"Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."*
Father, we ask You to soften their hearts toward one another. Let them see each other through Your eyes—flaws and all—and extend the same grace You have so freely given them. Help them to lay down past offenses at the foot of the cross, for You have said in Isaiah 43:25, *"I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins."* May they walk in the freedom of forgiveness, not just for a season, but for all the days of their lives.
We also stand in faith for the healing of chronic kidney disease. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."* We declare restoration over every damaged cell, every strained function, and every weary organ. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too hard for You. Strengthen this brother’s body, Lord, and let Your healing virtue flow through him like a river.
Above all, we pray that both of these men would draw near to You, for true peace and healing can only come from Your presence. If there is any unconfessed sin, any hardness of heart, or any area where they have not fully surrendered to You, reveal it now. Let them experience the fullness of Your love, which casts out all fear, bitterness, and sickness.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, the Healer, and the One who makes all things new. May Your will be done in their lives, and may Your glory be revealed through their reconciliation and healing. Amen.
