Humble Servant of All
Today I had to make a stand a work. It involved pulling my professional license and requesting that I no longer be required to work everyother weekend. My colleague and I did this for 2 1/2 years because they would not hire anyone else. The license is a "B" biological wastewater license in which I was the Operator of Record. All operators and trainees were to work under my guidance. But my boss, the Director of Public Works has had that control the whole five years I have been there. The trainee is doing things illegal and I had to make a stand. The boss is furious eventhough he has the same license that I have. He told me today he may fire me for going over his head about it. But I have talked to him about it until I was blue in the face. Please help me pray for God's will to be done.
