Prayer for guidance

I am praying tonight for God's guidance in where I should go for a career. I've interviewed at a very good hospital and now am waiting to hear whether or not I've been hired. My current bosses are behind me and have given me great references but I am lacking in enough self esteem and faith. Please pray that God will guide me where he would like for me to go. Thank you. Please guide Maria to the job that you have for her. Give her the confidence she needs to move forward with your plans. Thank you Jesus.

Father-- Look down as we look up... it must bless you so to see in the midst of so much evil a small yet sincere group of people who sincerely want your advice, Dad! Open up our eyes! Help us see like you see! Grant the unfolding of your Words that gives light. Give us visions, dreams, desires--and restrict the alternatives to your perfect plan the enemy tries to throw our way. Guard us from the strife of toungues that comes with obedience to your highest will at times--Paul talked about a shield so real millions ask you to put it over them each day... Thank you, in Jesus' Name.
