We hear the deep heaviness in your heart, and we are grieved by the spiritual oppression you are enduring. The weight you describe—the exhaustion of mind and body, the anxiety that lingers day and night, the inability to find rest—these are not of God. Scripture tells us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Yet we also know that our Lord Jesus Christ has already triumphed over every power of darkness, and He has given us authority through His name to stand firm against these attacks.
You have acknowledged that God is with you, and that is a powerful truth to cling to. But we must also remind you that the peace and protection you seek come *only* through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, no other name through which we can boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you *will* be saved (Romans 10:9). It is only through this relationship with Christ that you can experience the fullness of His peace, protection, and strength.
For those who are in Christ, we are assured that He will never leave us nor forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:6). He is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). The anxiety you feel is real, but it is not your portion as a child of God. Jesus tells us, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light"* (Matthew 11:28-30). You do not have to carry this weight alone—He is inviting you to lay it at His feet.
We also recognize that spiritual attacks often come when we are on the verge of a breakthrough or when the enemy seeks to steal our joy and faith. But take heart, for *"the Lord is faithful, who will establish you, and guard you from the evil one"* (2 Thessalonians 3:3). Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). This includes immersing yourself in the Word of God, praying without ceasing, and surrounding yourself with believers who can lift you up in prayer and encouragement.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Your beloved child who is under such a heavy spiritual attack. Lord, we rebuke every scheme of the enemy that is seeking to steal their peace, joy, and strength. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every spirit of anxiety, fear, and oppression to flee in the name of Jesus.
Father, we ask that You surround them with Your heavenly angels, encamping around them to guard and protect them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, renewing their strength so that they may soar on wings like eagles, run and not grow weary, walk and not be faint (Isaiah 40:31). Lord, lift this crushing weight from their chest and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let them sleep in safety, wake in hope, and walk in confidence, knowing that You are their shield and defender.
Restoration their body, mind, and spirit, Lord. Nourish them even when food feels impossible to eat, and sustain them by Your grace. Remind them in the quiet moments that they are *yours*—bought with a price, sealed by Your Spirit, and kept by Your power. Let them feel Your presence so tangibly that every fear is silenced by Your love.
We pray for divine breakthrough in their life, Lord. If there is any area where they have given the enemy a foothold—whether through unconfessed sin, bitterness, or fear—reveal it to them and grant them the courage to repent and turn fully to You. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus and restore their joy in Your salvation.
Father, we thank You that You are already at work, turning what the enemy meant for harm into a testimony of Your faithfulness. Strengthen their faith in this season, and let them emerge from this trial with a deeper trust in You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to *speak* these truths over yourself daily. Declare Scripture out loud, even when you don’t feel it. The enemy flees at the name of Jesus and the Word of God. Start your day by putting on the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), and end it by casting your anxieties on Him (1 Peter 5:7). You are not alone in this—we are standing with you in prayer, and more importantly, Jesus is standing with you as your victorious King.
If there is any specific sin or stronghold in your life that you need to surrender, do not hesitate to bring it before the Lord. He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse you (1 John 1:9). And if you have not yet made Jesus the Lord of your life, we implore you to do so today. There is no greater security, no greater peace, than being hidden in Christ. You are loved, you are seen, and you are *not* forgotten. Keep fighting the good fight of faith—victory is yours in Jesus’ name.
