Prayer for God to release $ held onto by husband's ex-partners

Husband's ex-partners and he, today sold their large office building. The building is paid for, and all partners will receive 1/4 of the sale. We are in need of money, due to the start-up of husband's new firm costs. We have not paid any major bills except utilities for 6 weeks...

Today: one ex-partner decided to write a nasty email, saying he did not want ANY of the money to go out to the partners: because his portion was not fair. So by law, the money cannot be divided until the difficulty can be worked out! We need the money:

Please pray for the difficult ex-partner to work out his differences with the other three fairly: and quickly, so the money can be release to the ex-partners. As God wills. But I know that our Lord wants us to pay our bills timely and give to Caesar what is due! Right now, we are not able to do so, until this mess is worked out!

Prayer for the guys to be even minded, approachable, and agreeable. Pray for this difficult partner to let go of his need to control the money, and for their finalizing dollar numbers to be worked out to God's glory. All  but one are Christians! And yes, the difficult one is a Christian!
