Prayer for God to build my faith

Hello, please pray for me that I would build my faith in God's will for my life, and to understand his will. I know his plans are what are best for me, but I'm tired of waiting for my dreams to come true. All my life I wanted two things in life to be a teacher in the classroom, and to find a Godly man. Well, the first one I have partially reached that one as I'm a special education teacher and most days I love my job. Don't get me wrong I'm very grateful for my job as I know they are hard to come by. The area I really need prayer is for the second one. I have someone in mind and I have know him for about a year and a half as I teach Sunday School with his mom. However, he is extremely shy as well as I'm shy as well. His mom approves and wants us to get together, but she doesn't know what to do also. I'm feeling down as my shyness gets the best of me especially when I'm around him. I know that it is going to be a slow process if anything happens between us, but my faith and patience are wearing out. I get down as I'm 31 years old and all my friends are married and have a family so I feel like it is never going to happen. However, on the other hand I feel like Eric is the one, but I need patience and faith in God's plan for me. So if you could pray for Eric and I and God's will to be done I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks, and God bless.

Lord, may your hand touch this prayer. I stand in agreement with smileytara and ask your blessings over it. Will you help this couple if it is your will to become comfortable with each other enough to ask for a date! May your will be done and may they find happiness. Thank you Lord for your hand. Amen

Precious Jesus please listen to Your daughter's call for help. Eric is a good man and she is Your faithful servant, Dear Lord, please open their hearts and minds and let it be Your will to bring them together so they can build a family dedicated to You and Your service Lord. Let them be joined by Your love and strength that they can be witnesses to Your Power and Mercy, thank you Dear Lord jesus.
