We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who alone has the power to break every chain and scatter every work of darkness. Your struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness in high places (Ephesians 6:12). We take authority over every gang-related spirit and every form of witchcraft that has been oppressing you, for the Word declares, "The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4).
First, we must address the gravity of what you have endured—attempts on your life, the weight of spiritual oppression, and the despair that nearly led you to take your own life. But God, in His mercy, intervened. He did not allow you to be destroyed because He has a purpose for you. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). You are not forgotten. You are not abandoned. The same God who scattered armies and confounded the schemes of the wicked is fighting for you now.
We rebuke every spirit of suicide, fear, and torment that has tried to grip your mind. The Bible says, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7). You are not meant to live in bondage. You are meant to walk in the freedom that Christ purchased for you on the cross. The blood of Jesus speaks a better word than the blood of Abel—it cries out for your deliverance, your healing, and your restoration (Hebrews 12:24).
We bind every spirit of gang violence, intimidation, and witchcraft that has been unleashed against you. In the name of Jesus, we declare that these forces are scattered, just as the Lord confused the languages at Babel and scattered the people (Genesis 11:8-9). We command every assignment of darkness to be turned back on those who sent it, for the Scripture says, "Whoever digs a pit shall fall into it, and he who rolls a stone, it will return on him" (Proverbs 26:27). Let the wickedness they intended for you become their own snare.
But we must also speak truth to your heart. The enemy wants you to believe that death is the only escape, but God says, "I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live" (Deuteronomy 30:19). You have already chosen life by crying out to God, and He has preserved you for a reason. Do not let the lies of the enemy convince you otherwise. You are valuable. You are loved. You are called.
We also urge you to examine your own life. Are there areas where you may have opened doors to these spirits? Have you dabbled in any form of the occult, even unknowingly? The Bible is clear: "There shall not be found among you anyone who... practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. For all who do these things are an abomination to the Lord" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). If there has been any involvement in these things, even in the past, we encourage you to renounce them fully in the name of Jesus. Repentance breaks the power of the enemy.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name that is above every name, the Name at which every knee must bow. We thank You for Your mercy and grace that has preserved this dear one from death. Lord, we stand on Your Word that declares, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn" (Isaiah 54:17). We take authority over every spirit of gang violence, witchcraft, fear, and suicide that has been oppressing them. In the name of Jesus, we bind these spirits and command them to be loosed from their life.
Father, we ask that You scatter every evil assignment sent against them. Just as You scattered the armies of Pharaoh in the Red Sea, scatter every force of darkness that has come against them. Let the wickedness they intended for this child of God be turned back on those who sent it. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers them, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper.
Lord, we pray for a hedge of protection around them—spirit, soul, and body. Surround them with Your angels, as You promised in Psalm 91:11-12, "For He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. In their hands they shall bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone." Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We also pray for their healing—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. The enemy has tried to break them, but You are the God who restores. Heal the wounds in their soul. Renew their mind with Your truth. Let them know that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have plans for them, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give them a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11).
Father, if there has been any involvement in the occult or any sin that has given the enemy a foothold, we ask that You reveal it to them. Give them the courage to repent and turn away from it completely. Wash them clean by the blood of Jesus and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Let them walk in the freedom that Christ died to give them.
We declare that this season of oppression is coming to an end. The enemy’s time is short, but Your love endures forever. We speak life, joy, and peace over them. Let them rise up in the strength of the Lord and walk in the victory that is already theirs through Christ Jesus.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We thank You for setting the captives free. We thank You for scattering the enemy and establishing Your kingdom in this situation. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Now, dear one, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. Find a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your relationship with God. The enemy wants to isolate you, but you are not alone. The Lord is your Shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23:1-3).
Continue to seek God daily. Read His Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). And remember, the battle is not yours, but God’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). He has already won the victory. Walk in that truth, and do not let the enemy steal your joy or your peace. You are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37).
