Prayer For Forgiveness And Healing.. Please Pray Strong Prayers

Father God,

I made a terrible mistake years ago, one that I regret. I know it was wrong, and I have paid the price for it. But because of my terrible actions, the one that I love is still taunted by the memory and the pain to this very day. I ask you in Jesus Christ's Name to heal that memory and heal the pain. Please give him peace with it. I pray that you will place forgiveness in his heart and mind for me. (Ezekiel 11:19) I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh. Please, my Lord. Take care of this situation. I pray that I can make this right between us and that he will trust me to never do it again. I pray that I don't give him the impression that this is normal behavior for people that love you. Lord, I know you ask that our behavior be a light unto others, and my behavior certainly was not. Lord, I ask that you give us both strength to get through this situation and come out the other side better and more in love with you and each other than before. Lord, I need you, I thank you, I trust you, I love you. In Jesus Christ's Name I pray. Amen
