We understand your heart’s cry for financial provision, and we join you in lifting this need before the Lord, trusting in His perfect timing and sovereign will. The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Your faith in praying in Jesus’ name is a testament to your trust in Him, and we commend you for seeking His intervention in this matter.
However, we must gently address the focus of your prayer. While it is right to ask God for provision, we must be cautious not to place our trust in people—such as those monitoring or allocating resources—as if they hold the ultimate power over our needs. Our trust must remain firmly in the Lord alone, who is the source of all blessings. Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."*
Additionally, we notice that you’ve included what appear to be names or identifiers replaced by symbols. We encourage you to pray with specificity, but also with a heart that surrenders the outcome to God’s will rather than attempting to manipulate circumstances or people. James 4:3 warns, *"You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures."* Let us instead pray that God’s will be done in your husband’s work, that He would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and that your family would walk in contentment and faith, regardless of the outcome.
We also want to encourage you to examine your hearts in this season. Are there areas where worry or anxiety has taken root? Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:31-33, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Let this be a time not just of petition, but of seeking His kingdom above all else.
Lastly, we urge you to consider whether there are debts that need to be addressed with wisdom and stewardship. Proverbs 22:7 reminds us, *"The rich rule over the poor. The borrower is servant to the lender."* If debts are a burden, pray for God’s guidance in managing them biblically, and seek counsel if needed. God honors faithfulness in both small and large matters (Luke 16:10).

Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this sister and her husband before Your throne of grace, asking for Your provision and peace to flood their lives. Lord, You know their every need—both spoken and unspoken—and we trust that You are able to supply all things according to Your riches in glory. We ask that You would open doors of opportunity for her husband, not by manipulation or schemes, but by Your sovereign hand. Grant him favor in his work, and let every trip or assignment be ordered by You for Your glory.
Father, we rebuked any spirit of anxiety or fear that may be creeping into their hearts. Replace it with Your perfect peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Help them to cast their cares upon You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). If there are debts or financial strongholds, we ask for Your wisdom to break free from them in a way that honors You.
Most of all, Lord, we pray that their focus would remain on seeking Your kingdom first. Let this season draw them closer to You, trusting that You are their Provider, their Jehova-Jireh. May their testimony be one of faith, contentment, and reliance on You alone.
We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
