Prayer For Financial Help

My husband and I have owned our own business for over 20 years. The bad economy has had a terrible impact upon our business and income. We are almost a million dollars in debt and cannot pay our bills. We are about to lose our home, our business -- everything we have worked for. Until the last 6 months we had almost perfect credit and now we are about to be sued by all of our creditors. Please pray for us. We have no family except for a daughter in college so we have no one to help us. We are in our 60s and will never be able to financially recover from this disaster. We don't know what to do or where to turn for help. We have always tried to live by all of the rules and be good people but we both feel like God has forgotten about us.

Our Heavenly Father, I lift this couple to You in prayer and ask for Your help in this business. There are so many of us who have found ourselves struggling in this area, going from making a living to facing what looks like the end. Father, may we all keep our eyes locked firmly on You, believe wholeheartedly that You are seeing us through and claim the victory through You. Sometimes I have to be reminded that the three Hebrew children had to enter the furnace in order to be saved so miraculously by You, and sometimes we have to be that example to ourselves and to others. Lord keep us strong as we face these trials, help us to stand firm and praise You even in the midst of the flames, three were thrown in, four were seen, and only three came back out, Your'e still there to see us safely through.
