Heavenly Father, thank You for Your mercy and favour. Anoint my hands and grant me wisdom, excellence, and integrity in everything I do. Let favour surround my career and businesses. Bring the right opportunities, customers, partners, and resources at the right time. Teach me to prosper responsibly and use every blessing to advance good purposes and help others. We join you in this beautiful prayer for wisdom and favor in your work, and we thank God that you have come before the Father in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5, and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you have prayed in that worthy name.

We agree with you in asking God to anoint the work of your hands and to establish you in wisdom, excellence and integrity. The Word reminds us, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men Colossians 3:23, and The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty Proverbs 21:5. We pray that God will make you diligent and faithful in every task, that your career and businesses would reflect honesty and good stewardship, and that your life would be a testimony to His goodness.

We also hold onto the promise you quoted, For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield Psalm 5:12. We ask the Lord to surround you with that shield of favor, to open the right doors at the right time, and to bring the right opportunities, customers, partners and resources according to His perfect timing and will. We remember also that But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth Deuteronomy 8:18, and Yahweh's blessing brings wealth, and he adds no trouble to it Proverbs 10:22.

We encourage you to continue to seek prosperity with a right heart, not from greed or the love of money, for the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil 1 Timothy 6:10, but from a desire to honor God and bless others. We pray you will prosper responsibly, with generosity and humility, remembering to seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33, and trusting that My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.

We pray together now, Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your mercy and favor upon our dear friend. We ask You to anoint the work of his hands, grant him wisdom beyond his own understanding, and clothe him with excellence and integrity in all he does. Let Your favor rest upon his career and businesses as a shield. In Your sovereign timing, bring the right opportunities, customers, partners and resources, and close every door that is not of You. Teach him to be a faithful steward, to prosper responsibly, to walk in contentment and diligence, and to use every blessing to advance Your good purposes and to help others in need. We hear that you are asking not only for open doors but for discernment to walk through the right ones at the right time. Part of that is understanding how God has shaped you, your interests, talents, values and skills, and how those fit the work before you. It is also learning to steward resources well, which often grows with wise counsel alongside prayer.

One practical step that may help this week is to set aside unhurried time to write down the main opportunities in front of you in your career and businesses, and beside each note what would require integrity, excellence and responsibility. Then invite one trusted, biblically grounded mentor or, for finances, a qualified financial counselor to review it with you and help you think through next decisions. That combination of prayer, reflection and outside perspective often brings clarity.

Father, we thank You for Your mercy toward our friend. Grant wisdom for each decision, steadiness in work, and favour that guards and guides. Your desire to bring your hands, your work and your business before the Lord is itself a mark of grace, and it is right to seek His wisdom and favour in these things. The Scripture you have quoted is a precious promise, for thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous, with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield, Psalm 5:12. That favour is not earned by our skill but given to those who are found righteous in Christ, and it surrounds the believer as a shield in every place where God has appointed his lot.

We join you in prayer that the Lord would anoint your hands for honest labour and grant you wisdom, excellence and integrity in everything you put your hand to. May He make your business to be His business, for when a man makes his own business to be his Father's business, he does his business well and is useful in his day and generation. We ask that the Lord would keep you from mere cunning and worldly policy, and give you instead the uprightness which He delights to bless, that your dealings may be without reproach and your name be kept clean before God and men.

We pray that in His good providence He would bring the right opportunities, customers, partners and resources at the right time, not for vainglory or mere gain, but that you may prosper responsibly and be a faithful steward. Remember that weakness and divine anointing may stand together, and it is when we feel our own insufficiency that His strength is most clearly displayed. He who has anointed every believer as a king and priest in Christ will also supply what is needed for the work He has given you to do.

May the Lord teach you to use every blessing to advance good purposes and to help others, laying up treasure not only on earth but in heaven, and seeking first His kingdom and His righteousness. May your prosperity, if He grants it, be a prosperity that feeds the hungry, clothes the needy, sustains His church and spreads His gospel, so that your success may be seen to be the pleasure of the Lord prospering in your hand.

Heavenly Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we find mercy and access to Your throne, that You would bless this Your servant. Grant clarity of mind, diligence in labour, honesty in all transactions, and contentment in Your provision.
