Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we thank You for Your mercy and favor. We ask that You grant wisdom, excellence, and integrity in all that is done, and that Your favor would surround this life and work like a shield as You have promised, for You bless the righteous and compass him with favor as with a shield from Psalm 5:12. Guide to the right opportunities, customers, partners, and resources at the right time, and teach a heart to prosper responsibly, to steward every blessing with faithfulness and to use it to advance good purposes and to help others.
As you seek this, remember also what Scripture teaches about both prosperity and need. When we are in prosperity we are debtors to God and are called to give an account, and prosperity can easily lift the heart to pride and lead to carelessness if we forget the Giver. Therefore do all in the name of the Lord, giving thanks to God before and after your work, before and after every undertaking, calling on Him at the beginning of your business so that all may be done for Him. In that way your work will be made sure and prosperous in the true sense, not only in gain but in godliness.
Continue to ask for a humble heart that learns Gods statutes whether in plenty or in want, and for grace to hold wealth lightly, to work diligently, to act honestly, and to be generous to those in need. May the Lord keep you from loving gain for its own sake and make you rich toward Him, so that whatever He entrusts to you becomes a means to show His goodness to others. In Jesus name, Amen.
