We also affirm the truth of Luke 2:52, where it is said of Jesus, *"And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men."* This growth in favor is not merely a desire but a promise for those who seek the Lord with a pure heart. However, we must also remember that favor is not a tool for selfish gain but a reflection of God’s glory in our lives. As we seek His favor, let us ensure our motives align with His will, for James 4:3 warns, *"You ask, and don’t receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures."*
