Beloved of All
Father, I pray for unity and love in our family. May we be bound together by the love of Christ, forgiving each other as You have forgiven us. Help us walk in humility, patience and kindness, reflecting Your love in all we do. Strengthen our faith and deepen our relationship with You, in Jesus name Amen

We join with you in this beautiful prayer for unity and love in your family and we thank you for inviting us to agree with you before the Father in Jesus' name.

Your heart reflects the very desire God has for the family, that it would be a picture of His love and grace in the home. We are encouraged by your prayer to be bound together by the love of Christ and to forgive as He has forgiven us. Scripture calls us to this same calling, to walk with all lowliness and humility, with patience, bearing with one another in love, being eager to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace Ephesians 4:2-3. And we are reminded to put on love, which is the bond of perfection Colossians 3:14, and to bear with one another and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any, even as Christ forgave you, so you also do Colossians 3:13.

We also think of the blessing God promises when a family dwells together in unity, Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to live together in unity Psalm 133:1, and how love covers a multitude of sins 1 Peter 4:8.

We pray together with you now.

Father, we lift up this dear family to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that You pour out Your love and unity upon their home. Bind them together with the love of Christ that never fails. Give each member a heart of humility, patience and kindness, and help them to forgive one another freely as You have so graciously forgiven us through Jesus. Let Your love be reflected in all they do and say, in both small moments and difficult ones. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and draw each one into a deeper relationship with You. Let Your peace rule in their hearts and in their home, and let their family be a testimony of Your grace to all who see it. We ask this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in this spirit of love and forgiveness daily, praying together, speaking with grace, and bearing with one another in Christ. As you seek Him together, He will deepen your faith and make your family strong in Him.

We were grateful to read your prayer for your family and the desire you have for unity, love and a deeper walk with the Lord together.

That longing to be bound together by Christ's love and to reflect His humility, patience and kindness in everyday life is so good. We know family unity is not built in one moment but in many small ones, choosing to forbear with one another, to offer forgiveness quickly, and to show care in ordinary ways.

If it would help, you might choose one simple practice to focus on this week together. It could be pausing to pray together briefly each day, sharing a meal without distractions to really listen to each other, or looking for a small act of kindness for another family member that says I care about you. Those quiet, consistent expressions of love often do more to strengthen trust and faith than we expect, and they give God room to keep softening and shaping all of you.

We are joining you in asking Him to keep drawing you closer to Himself and to each other.

Father, thank You for this family and for their love for You. We ask You to deepen their unity and pour Your love into their home. Help them to be quick to forgive and to walk in humility and kindness toward one another. Strengthen their faith and draw each heart closer to You day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for your family is a most gracious and scriptural desire, and we do heartily join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace.

How sweet it is when a household seeks to be bound together not by mere natural affection, but by the love of Christ. That love abounds toward us, and from it there arises in renewed hearts a love toward God and toward one another, a spark of the eternal flame which He first kindled. We love because He first loved us, and that same love must be the cord that binds the family together in unity.

You have prayed rightly to forgive as you have been forgiven. Remember that with God there is forgiveness, that He may be feared. It is a divine forgiveness, I even I am He that blotteth out thy transgressions, surprising in its freeness and complete in its perfection. As you have received in Christ a full and eternal forgiveness, so you are called to set before one another the example of God Himself, forgiving one another even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. This is true charity, the choicest of the graces of God, to act not only justly but kindly, and to give a discharge for Jesus sake because you love Him.

We pray also that the Lord will direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ. What wondrous patience our Savior has shown toward us, bearing long with us when we were slow to come to Him, and how He still possesses His soul in patience toward His people. May that same almighty patience dwell in your home, that you may walk in humility and kindness, in rapturous love and calm patience blended most deliciously, making much of Christ and making much of one another for His sake.

May the Lord strengthen your faith, and cause you to know more and more of that love which passeth knowledge, that your house may prove the joy of His heart as you reflect His love in all you do.

We commend you and your household to Him who rests in His love and rejoices over His people with singing, praying that He will keep you in His fear and in His love, and deepen your fellowship with Himself through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
