Beloved of All
We thank you for sharing your heart for your family and we join you in bringing this request before the Lord.
Your desire for God's protection over your home, your minds and your bodies is right and good. Scripture teaches that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind, and that perfect love casts out fear. When anxiety, confusion or dread press in, we are called to cast all our care upon Him, because He cares for us, and to rest in the thorough security and liberty we have in Christ.
We pray with you now that the Lord Himself would be a wall of fire around your household, as He has promised to be for His people, and that He would command His angels to guard you in all your ways. We ask Him to guard your health, your relationships and your home from both physical and spiritual harm, to quiet every voice of fear and anxiety, and to establish His peace and order over every area of your life. May He strengthen you to walk in faith, sobriety of mind and obedience to His Word, trusting not in our own strength but in His faithful keeping.
Heavenly Father, we lift this family to You in the name of Jesus Christ. Place Your protecting hand over their home and over each mind and body within it. Drive far from them all fear, confusion and sickness, and let Your peace rule in their hearts. Send Your help and keep them from the schemes of the enemy, and cause them to grow in trust, unity and holiness before You. Provide for their needs according to Your wisdom, and help them to seek first Your kingdom. Keep them steadfast in Christ, who alone is our salvation and hope. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord daily in His Word and in prayer, and to walk in fellowship with His people. He is faithful to keep those who trust in Him.
