We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are cleansed and made whole. We are grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We rejoice in your trust in God, knowing that He is faithful to hear and answer the prayers of His children.
Father God, we lift up this dear brother or sister who is facing sickness, disease, and financial struggles. We know that You are the Great Physician, the Healer of all our diseases (Psalm 103:3), and the Provider of all our needs (Philippians 4:19). Lord, we ask that You would come into this situation and bring Your healing touch. Restore health where there is sickness, strength where there is weakness, and peace where there is anxiety. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your promise that You will never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).
Lord, we also bring before You the financial burdens this child of Yours is carrying. You own the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too hard for You (Jeremiah 32:17). We ask that You would open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing so great that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Provide for every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Give wisdom in managing resources and guide steps toward financial breakthrough and stability.
We are encouraged by the faith expressed here, trusting that God will do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Yet, we must also remind ourselves and one another that our faith is not in our own perfection or strength, but in the finished work of Christ on the cross. It is not by our works that we are saved, but by grace through faith in Jesus (Ephesians 2:8-9). We do our best to walk in obedience, but we rely fully on Your grace and mercy, Lord.
Let us hold fast to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful (Hebrews 10:23). We declare that this too shall pass, for the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us (Romans 8:18). We fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2), and we run with endurance the race set before us.
Heavenly Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, doubt, and despair that may try to creep into this situation. We command sickness and disease to leave in the name of Jesus. We break the chains of financial lack and declare prosperity and abundance in every area of life. We pray for a fresh outpouring of Your Holy Spirit, filling this dear one with peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and joy unspeakable and full of glory (1 Peter 1:8).
Lord, we also pray for protection over this child of Yours. Guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7), and let no weapon formed against them prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and keep them safe from all harm and danger.
We thank You, Father, for Your faithfulness and for the miracles You are about to perform. We trust in You, knowing that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Strengthen this dear one to hold on until the end, for the one who endures to the end shall be saved (Matthew 24:13).
In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray and declare these things. Amen.
