Prayer for ### family

Father, my family is in turmoil right now. Please God, wrap Your arms around my husband. His job loss has rattled him to the core. His previous heart attack and chronic severe back pain are always nagging at him as well. Our future is uncertain and he feels responsible. Please make him see that it will be okay. And please open the doors needed for his job to be restored. Some small relief from his pain would also be great, Lord, since he cannot take pain medications due to his job.
The stresses that we are going through, him in particular, have caused him to be on edge and to lash out over insignificant things. I fear that he is driving my teenage girls away from him. He is such a wonderful dad and he tries to be everything for this family. But right now he is struggling and it is affecting everyone in our home. My girls need the love and support from their dad, not agitation and criticism. And my young son needs his patience and guidance, which is also very difficult for him right now. This is not who my husband is! He is so lost due to his pain and stress. I also fear he may be losing faith! Father, please bring some resolution and restore our family bonds to what they used to be! Bring us all closer to You in thoughts and deeds! Through Jesus Christ, our savior! Amen!
