Dear God some days seem worse than some, but I want to say thanks. Please pray for ###, my daughter who is going through a lot of disappointment at this time. Let her cling closer to you, God, let her believe in herself. Give me the strength to be a better mother, to learn how to deal with the pain they go through. My husband on January 29, 2013, burnt our vehicle and left us, and it was affecting her so much. She blames herself for so much and is not coping well. She loves Chess so much and she works so hard at this sport, sleepless nights, and she is still not getting the success she dreams for. I tell her that her day will come, but I want her to cling closer to you and believe. She hates herself and thinks suicidal thoughts daily. Father, the way she talks about herself hurts, but I will continue to pray and let her know that you are the author and the finisher, and her joy will come.
I have a car insurance claim for this burnt-out vehicle that is being investigated as we speak, guide the investigator to the truth, dear God. I believe the truth will prevail, God, you know I am paying for this loan without access to the vehicle. You see the struggles to survive daily, the debts that were left on me, the mortgage, my children's insurance, lunch money for them to go to school, my electricity bill, and my water bill.
The emotional distress that my children face, what do I say to them, how much do I say to my smallest child when she asks where is daddy. When we have to walk to the bus stop and she asks where is the vehicle, mummy. God, I am asking for deliverance and I know I will receive it. Father, I never knew that I had the strength that I have now, and I know I owe that all to you, God, you have strengthened me to be here for them. God, you have been wonderful to us through all this, and you have given us our daily bread and will continue.
Continue to give me the strength to be there for these children and let them cling to know your greatness. Continue to work miracles for me. God, forgive me of all my sins, remember my husband works on his heart to admit fully and face the responsibility of his actions and work on my heart to forgive fully and be at peace and also face my faults as well, let me learn to deal with the disappointment, let me learn to do what is best for my children throughout all this time.
