My adopted cousin faith is around 9 years old. She has moved from foster home, with relatives and strangers and is now with a relative of mine who because of circumstances where she has no control in her own home takes her frustrations out on faith and doesn't even realize it. I pray for faith to feel loved, and that she can be a 9 year old child and not have to grow up faster because of her homelife. I pray that she will feel wanted and welcomed and not bullied at home and that if things continue that she will be placed in an environment that will be beneficial to her. The way she is treated isnt as bad as some foster homes but still I know she is not happy and multiple relatives have called Social Services but her care giver coaches her and tells her to say the opposite of whats really happening at home. I know the family needs the money they get for her to pay the bills but she should be more than just a paycheck because she is our family now, she's been with our family for 2years and I hope that she will one day be treated like family.
