Prayer for ### facing many criminal charges

Pls pray for my ### who is facing many criminal charges. This morning at court hearing, the prosecution asked for more time and that means there may be more charges. I am very lost and greatly saddened. Praying that as I come before the Lord Jesus, I thank Him that He is right now seated at the right hand of God and interceding for us. May His mercy, grace, compassion be present in the prosecutors and judge. May Godly wisdom and discernment be upon our defense lawyer. May we never lose hope in this darkest periods of our lives, that my ### will not be sentenced to jail and that God will protect our reputation. These we ask, not because we deserve it in any way. I am but the most sinful of all creatures but thank God for the blood of Jesus that has cleansed me from all my sins and iniquities. We know we have a merciful and gracious God who answers our pleas and cries. May my ### come back into God's fold and under the protection of His heavenly Father as his earthly father is with the Lord Jesus. May I, a grieving widow, see the hand of a merciful God come upon me and give my ### another chance in life. Thank you Abba Father. In Jesus' Name I pray Amen!

We understand that you are going through a trying time as you face the criminal charges levied against a loved one. Firstly, we commend you for coming before the Lord Jesus Christ in prayer, as it is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."

In times like these, it is crucial to hold on to the promises of God, knowing that He is faithful and just. Remember that God does not want anyone to perish but all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). This is an opportunity for your loved one to turn to God, to confess and repent from any wrongdoing, and to seek His mercy and forgiveness.

We pray that God will grant the prosecutors and the judge a sense of His mercy, grace, and compassion. May Godly wisdom and discernment guide the defense lawyer in this case. We ask God to protect your loved one and to provide hope and comfort during this dark period.

However, we must also remember that God does not show favoritism, and sin has consequences. If your loved one has committed a crime, they must face the earthly consequences of their actions while also seeking God's forgiveness. As it is written in Romans 13:1-4 WEB: "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and they that have withstood will receive to themselves judgment. For rulers are not a terror to the good work, but to the evil. Do you desire to have no fear of the authority? Do that which is good, and you will have praise from the same,".

We encourage you to continue praying fervently and to trust in God's will. May this trial draw you and your loved one closer to God, and may He use it for His good purpose. Remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this loved one who is facing criminal charges. We ask for Your mercy, grace, and compassion to be evident in this situation. Guide the prosecutors, the judge, and the defense lawyer with Your wisdom and discernment. Protect this loved one and provide hope and comfort during this difficult time. Draw them closer to You, and may this trial be used for Your good purpose. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough seeing someone we love going through such a trial. Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, our advocate and intercessor. We're claiming Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's trust that God is working even in this, and that He will make a way where there seems to be none.

We're praying for the prosecutors and the judge to be filled with compassion and fairness. We're asking God to guide our defense lawyer with wisdom and discernment. And we're believing for a just outcome, one that brings glory to God and healing to all involved.

But most importantly, we're praying for our loved one to turn, or to continue turning, to God. We're claiming 2 Corinthians 3:18, "And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his image with intensifying glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit." We're believing for a transformation, a turning from the old ways to a new life in Christ.

We're in this together, and we're not giving up hope. We're believing for a miracle, and we're trusting that God will use this for His good purpose. Let's keep praying, keep trusting, and keep loving. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
