Hold Fast Your Shield
Hold fast to unwavering trust in Christ, for it brings strength, joy, and eternal reward.
Victor Emmanuel, Emancipator
Christ sets spiritual captives free by opening blind eyes, breaking sin’s chains, and lifting the despondent into hope.
Light for Those Who Sit in Darkness
Even the deepest darkness of ignorance and despair gives way to Christ’s great light for those who see him.
We stand with you in faith and in agreement over this situation and we thank you for humbly asking all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We hear your heart crying out for favor and for miracles and for blessing after an action that has turned into an allegation, and we want to come alongside you to pray not only for favor but for truth and righteousness to prevail, because our God is a God of justice and mercy. We do wrestle against spiritual forces as you said, for our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Yet we also know that God desires truth in the innermost being and that He calls us to walk in light.

If there is any part of this action where we have sinned or fallen short, we must bring it before the Lord in honest confession, for He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy Proverbs 28:13 and If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness 1 John 1:9. If this allegation is false or unjust, we take comfort that the Lord is our vindicator and our defender, and He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun Psalm 37:6. We are not to seek vengeance for ourselves but to trust Him, for Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19.

We also gently encourage you to seek God’s will above simply seeking massive favor and abounding glory for ourselves, for we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28 and God’s thoughts toward us are good, for I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. True favor is found when we seek first God’s Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you Matthew 6:33. Sometimes what we think we want as unstoppable blessings is not what God knows we need, and He will answer according to His perfect wisdom and not merely according to our repeated requests.

So we pray together with you now.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the event and the allegation and every detail before it, nothing is hidden from Your eyes. We ask that Your perfect will be done in this situation. If there is sin to be confessed, grant the humility and courage to confess and repent and to make restitution where needed. If there is injustice or a false accusation, we ask You to be a shield and defender, to let truth be revealed and to turn what was meant for harm into good for Your glory. We pray against every scheme of the enemy and every power of darkness that would seek to steal, kill and destroy, and we put on the full armor of God trusting in Your power and not our own. We ask not from selfish ambition but for Your favor that flows from walking uprightly before You, and we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:7. Let Your glory be seen not as our own abounding glory but as Your unmatched glory reflected in a life surrendered to You, and let all that happens draw others to see Your goodness. We commit this burden into Your hands, trusting that You are faithful and just, and we thank You in advance for how You will work. In Jesus’ name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer, in the Word, and in fellowship with mature believers who can counsel you wisely through this allegation. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Continue to seek Him daily, walk in integrity, and let your life bring Him glory above all else.

Thank you for reaching out and letting us stand with you in prayer. We hear how heavy this allegation has felt, and how much you are longing for God to turn what has been painful into good and to make His favor and presence clear in your life.

We join you in asking God for truth to come to light and for His peace to guard you while you wait. We know the desire for blessing and for victory over spiritual opposition is real, and we believe God hears when we bring those burdens honestly to Him and trust Him with the outcome.

In a season like this it can help to have steady support around you. It may be encouraging to write down clearly what has happened as you understand it, bring that before the Lord in prayer, and share it with a trusted pastor or wise counselor who can walk with you personally. If this allegation involves any formal or legal process, seeking wise, qualified guidance in that area alongside prayer is also a caring step for yourself.

We are praying for you to know God's nearness and direction day by day, not just in the final outcome.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. You know the details of this situation and the weight it carries. We ask for Your wisdom, for truth to be seen clearly, for protection and peace in the days ahead, and for Your will to be done. Lead our friend in each next step and keep his heart anchored in Your love and care. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your request has been brought before the Lord with care, and we join you in seeking not merely outward favor but that which is true and lasting in Christ.

We understand the heaviness of an action that has become an allegation, and the longing that all that has gone before might be turned for good. Yet we must gently remind you that the favor of God is not to be sought as a covering to hide what needs to be brought into the light. Scripture teaches that there is no place so well adapted for the discovery of sin and recovery from its power as the immediate presence of God, and he that walks in darkness knows not where he goes. To pray against principalities and powers of darkness is right, for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but we must also remember that there is a darkness of sin over the mind which can only be delivered by Divine Grace.

You have asked for favor and blessing and miracles. Hear what the Word says, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. Temporal blessings are not definite marks of Divine favor, since God gives them to the unworthy and to the wicked as well as to the righteous. An enlightened man is grateful for temporal mercies, but he is much more grateful for spiritual blessings, for temporal blessings do not last long, they are soon gone. All spiritual blessings come from the Father and from His purpose in Christ, and apart from Christ we are nothing. To seek favor apart from Christ is to seek the gift without the Giver.

We also remember that He has delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son. He has delivered us from the power, so that sin shall not have dominion over us, though we may at times walk through darkness. That deliverance comes through the taking away of the handwriting which was against us, even as Christ took away that which was against us upon His cross. If there is sin in the matter that has led to this allegation, the way of deliverance is not to pray that consequences would simply vanish, but to confess and forsake it, to seek forgiveness and freedom and favor through the blood of Christ alone.

The victory of our Lord Jesus Christ is sure, because it is a Divine promise, and the Father Himself guarantees it. Yet that victory is not that we shall be made glorious in the eyes of the world with unspeakable personal glory, but that Christ shall have a portion with the great and that His name shall be exalted. Our prayer therefore must be that God be glorified, whether through vindication if you are innocent, or through repentance and restoration if there is guilt, and that in either case you may find underneath you the everlasting arms.

Let us pray with you in this way.

O Lord our God, we bring this soul before Thee who feels pressed by an allegation and longs for mercy. Thou knowest all things as they are, nothing is hidden from Thine eyes. If there be any sin, bring it into the light that it may be confessed and cleansed by the blood of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation. If there be false accusation, let truth be made manifest and justice be done with mercy. Deliver this one from the power of darkness, not only from outward trouble but from inward sin, and translate the heart more fully into the kingdom of Thy dear Son. Grant not merely temporal favor as men count favor, but all spiritual blessings in Christ, a new heart, a tender conscience, faith to walk in the light while Thou givest light. Let Thy will be done, and let Thy name receive all glory, for Thou alone art worthy. We ask this with thanksgiving, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Walk while you have the light, believe in the light, and seek first to be right with God through Christ, and He will supply what is truly best in His perfect wisdom and love.

Father, humbly ask for Your power to intervene. Please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We have received your request and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord, seeking not only what we desire but what is true and good according to His will.

God delights to show mercy and He hears the prayers of those who call on Him through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved. Yet His favor is not something we can claim by repeating words, but something He gives to those who walk humbly before Him in truth, repentance and faith. Scripture teaches us to pray for His will to be done and for His glory to be revealed, more than for our own comfort or advantage.

You mention an action that has become an allegation and you ask that it be turned for your favor and blessing. We do not know the details of this matter, but God knows all things and nothing is hidden from His sight. If there is truth in the allegation, the right path is to confess it openly before God and before those concerned, to turn from what is wrong and to seek forgiveness through Christ. If there is falsehood in it, God is the defender of the innocent and He will bring truth to light in His time. In either case our prayer cannot be that God would simply hide what is true or bless what is not right, but that He would establish truth, do justice, show mercy where there is repentance, and guard your heart from deceit.

You also ask for prayer against principalities and powers of darkness. The Scriptures do teach that we wrestle against spiritual forces, and Christ has triumphed over them by His cross and resurrection, leading captivity captive and giving deliverance to those who trust in Him. The way to stand against that darkness is not by seeking unstoppable personal glory, but by putting on humility, honesty, prayer, the Word of God and obedience to Christ, drawing near to Him so that He draws near to us.

So we pray for you in this way. Father in heaven, we bring this person before You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. You know the action and the allegation and all that has gone before. Bring what is hidden into the light, establish what is true, and let justice and mercy meet according to Your wisdom. If there is sin, grant conviction and a true turning of heart and the forgiveness that comes only through the blood of Christ. If there is false accusation, grant vindication in Your time and protection from harm. Deliver from the power of darkness and from every temptation to seek favor apart from righteousness. Teach this heart to desire Your will above personal advantage, to seek first Your kingdom, and to trust Your goodness even when the answer is not what was asked. Give peace, give counsel through faithful people nearby, and shape this life for Your glory rather than for passing blessing. We ask this with thanksgiving, trusting Your mercy and power, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We encourage you to continue in prayer, to stay rooted in Scripture, to seek godly counsel from a pastor or mature believers near you who can know your situation more fully, and to walk in honesty before God and others.
