You know i had gone through tibia proximal surgery to my left leg. Promotions and transfers are going on.. In my department. Lord you know i don't have neither political or higher authorities recommendations. I know god is in control. If its your will, place me another department with office side work. Hire me in a place according to your will. I surrender everything in to your hand. Bless me with your divine wisdom, knowledge and discernment able to overcome every challenge, and excel in my carrer for the glory of your mighty name. Bless my family with own house. Thank you for this rented house. In jesus name i pray Amen.

We hear your heart, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we join with you in lifting these burdens before the throne of grace. Your gratitude is a sweet fragrance to the Lord, and your surrender to His will is a testament to your faith. We stand with you in agreement, praying for divine strength, wisdom, and health as you navigate the challenges of your workplace and personal life.

First, we want to affirm your trust in God’s sovereignty. You are right to say, "I know God is in control." The Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Even when promotions, transfers, or political pressures seem overwhelming, the Lord sees your faithfulness and will direct your steps according to His perfect plan. We pray that He would open doors no man can shut and close doors no man can open, guiding you to the place where He can use you most effectively for His glory.

We also lift up your physical health, particularly your recovery from surgery. The Lord is your healer, as Exodus 15:26 declares, "I am Yahweh who heals you." We pray for complete restoration, strength in your body, and endurance for the demands of your work. May He grant you favor with those in authority over you, softening hearts to recognize your dedication and integrity. If it is His will for you to transition to a different role, one that aligns with your health and gifts, we ask that He make the way clear.

Your desire for wisdom and discernment is pleasing to God. James 1:5 assures us, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We pray that the Holy Spirit would sharpen your mind, give you clarity in decision-making, and help you to walk in excellence in your career, not for your own glory, but for the advancement of God’s kingdom. May your work be a testimony to His faithfulness, and may He bless the work of your hands.

Regarding your family’s need for a home, we stand with you in faith. The Lord is your provider, as Philippians 4:19 declares, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that He would make a way where there seems to be no way, whether through provision for a home of your own or continued grace in your current situation. May your family be a beacon of His love and peace, reflecting the security found only in Him.

We also want to encourage you to continue cultivating an obedient heart. Obedience is not always easy, especially when faced with pressure or uncertainty, but it is the path to true blessing. Jesus said in John 14:15, "If you love me, keep my commandments." As you seek to honor God in your work, your health, and your family life, trust that He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Even in the midst of challenges, He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who has laid their burdens at Your feet. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who acts on behalf of Your children. We thank You for Your faithfulness in their life, for the job You have provided, and for the grace that sustains them through every trial.

Father, we ask for divine strength to uphold them in their workplace. Where there is weariness, renew their energy. Where there is pressure, grant them peace. Where there is uncertainty, fill them with Your wisdom and discernment. Lord, we pray for favor in their career, open doors of opportunity that align with Your will, and close doors that would lead them astray. If it is Your plan for them to transition to a different role, make the path clear and provide for their needs in the process.

We also pray for their physical health, Lord. You are the Great Physician, and we ask for complete healing and restoration. Strengthen their body, ease their pain, and grant them endurance for the work You have called them to do. May they honor You with their health, trusting in Your provision and care.

Father, we lift up their family to You. You know their desire for a home, and we ask that You would provide according to Your riches. Whether through the blessing of a house of their own or continued grace in their current situation, may Your peace reign in their home. Let their family be a testimony to Your faithfulness, drawing others to You through their love and unity.

Lord, we pray for an obedient heart in our brother/sister. Help them to walk in Your ways, even when it is difficult. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may bear fruit in every area of their life, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). May their life bring glory to Your name, and may they find their ultimate satisfaction in You alone.

We surrender all these requests into Your hands, trusting in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. Thank You for hearing our prayer. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never abandon you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He is working all things for your good and His glory. You are not alone in this journey, we are here to support you in prayer, and more importantly, the Holy Spirit is your ever-present help in times of need. Press on, and may the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Thank you for sharing this with us. We can hear how much you are carrying right now, the long commute and field work, the weight of political and administrative pressures, all while your body continues healing from that serious leg surgery. That is a heavy combination, and we are glad you brought it here.

What stands out to us is the steady trust woven through your words, even while the situation feels so uncertain. You are holding two things at once: the hard, daily pressures and a genuine surrender to God’s control. That is not easy, and we want to simply sit with you in that tension for a moment, without rushing past it. When promotions and transfers swirl around you and you feel you lack the human backing others seem to have, the temptation to anxious striving can be strong. Yet you keep returning to the truth that God holds your career, your health, and your family’s need for a home.

One small, concrete thing you might consider: is there a single trusted person in your workplace, perhaps a supervisor, a respected senior colleague, or even someone from another department, with whom you could have a quiet, honest conversation about office-based roles? Not politicking, just making your desire and your physical limitations humbly known. Sometimes God uses that kind of step alongside the prayer of surrender.

As you wait for God’s direction, be gentle with your body. That leg has been through a significant trauma, and long field days are a genuine strain. If the pain or fatigue is increasing, please do not hesitate to let your doctor know. Taking care of the body God gave you is part of faithful stewardship, not a lack of trust.

Lord Jesus, we lift up our friend before You now. Thank You for the job You have provided, and for Your presence in every stressful meeting and long journey. We ask for relief from the political and administrative pressures, and we pray for a door to open toward a placement that suits the body You are healing. Grant wisdom and discernment in the face of every challenge, and keep frustration and discouragement far from this heart that trusts You. We also ask for the deep desire of their heart: a home for their family, in Your time and Your way. Strengthen their leg day by day, and let them sense Your nearness and steady peace in the waiting. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

You have poured out your soul before the Lord, and He does not despise the cry of the afflicted. That you own your forgetfulness of thankfulness and yet still give thanks is a mark of grace. The struggle between the pressures of this life and the desire to trust His will is no small battle, and it is well that you say, "God is in control." Yet let me press this truth deeper: there is a point where the predestination of God and the free choices of men seem to run as parallel lines, but in the infinite mind of God they converge in perfect harmony. You have no political or higher authority recommendations, fret not at this, for He who sets up one and puts down another holds the hearts of all in His hand. His government is such that without violating your will He can accomplish His purposes; grace can melt the ice of opposition and open doors no man can shut. Trust Him, then, when the path is dark.

You speak of the long journey and the surgery to your leg. It is a bruising, and I fear there are few of the godly who will fully ripen without affliction. The vine bears but little fruit unless it makes the acquaintance of the knife. Adversity, however it appears to be your foe, is your true friend. When you are tempted to despair at the political and administrative weights, remember Job, who even when he knew not why the hand of the Lord was upon him, bowed low and confessed his own ignorance. You understand but a fragment of what God designs in this trial; yet as Job found, the end of the Lord is full of mercy.

Do not fix your hopes on a change of department or the purchase of a house as though these were your substance. Change is written on the face of all things; the breath of popular applause is more fleeting than a vapor, and even health and fame are but shadows. Seek your stability in Christ alone, and lay up treasure where moth and rust do not corrupt. Then, come what may, your bow shall abide in strength, and your glory shall be renewed with fresh oil.

And here is a word specially for you: the Lord turned again the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends. Intercessory prayer was the omen of his returning greatness. You are surrounded by pressures from many sides, have you prayed for those who exert political pressure, for those in administration who seem to hinder you? Job wept for him that was in trouble; his soul grieved for the poor. Pour out supplication for your adversaries, for those who compete for promotion, for the very ones who overlook you. It may be that as you do, the Lord will turn your own captivity and grant the wisdom and discernment you seek.

But even if He does not, if the office work remains elusive and the rented house your portion for a season, can you say with holy Job, "Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him"? The child of God is courageous, for he knows how to trust. Let not the uncertainty of your future breed foreboding; you know not what a day may bring forth, but you know He will bring you to death in His own time, and until then His strength shall be your portion. He has said, "They shall walk and not faint," and that "shall" of grace is mightier than the "I will" of prideful self-reliance. Cast yourself upon it. Surrender again, not with a sigh of resignation but with the bold faith that He who marked the path of your Saviour through Gethsemane will bring you through your own travail with an obedient heart and a song of deliverance.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You do well to give thanks for both the small and great blessings, for a heart that remembers to praise God in all circumstances is already walking in wisdom. Yet you also confess that at times you forget. Do not despair; this very sorrow for ingratitude is a tear that God hears. The Lord receives the voice of your weeping and your supplication. He who walked upon the sea as upon a pavement, commanding the waves by His own power, is the same Lord who holds your workplace and your wounded leg in His hand.

Political pressure, administrative entanglements, long journeys, the healing of your bone after surgery, none of these escape His notice. You fear because you lack recommendations from powerful men. But what is all worldly influence but folly? The true wisdom is humility, almsgiving, a heart that regards the common nature of all people. That wisdom considers human promotion as nothing, knowing that the Lord sets up and pulls down according to His will. Why then be troubled? Those who rely on political favor are like the frenzied man bound by his own rash oath, dragged about by pleasure. But you have surrendered all to God, and this surrender is itself the beginning of a divine philosophy. You say God is in control: hold fast to that, and do not merely say it with your lips but stamp it upon your will.

Your request for an office-side work, for a transfer to a place according to His design, is not a wicked request, but let it be with this disposition: “If the Lord wills.” Lay your career before Him and then leave it there, as you have said. Excel not by seeking ease but by seeking virtue, for wisdom is shown in patient endurance, in doing all for the glory of His name rather than for comfort. You desire a house of your own. It is good to thank Him for the rented house, for a roof and walls are providential. Yet remember the city above, whose builder and maker is God. There no key, no bar, no wasting of time can destroy your treasure. If you store up all your longing for that house, you will be far above every earthly anxiety. Pour out your tears not for material lack but for the sins that wound the soul, making it stink and corrupt far worse than any bodily decay. Those tears, when joined to prayer, are the tears of heavenly wisdom.

So be wise, then, in the way that truly matters. A disobedient heart brings a foul odor before God, while an obedient heart is a sweet fragrance, even amidst suffering. The world’s pleasure is but an itch, gratifying for a moment, then leaving shame. But righteousness toils for a while and then rests in joy. Your work, your journeys, your pain are the toil before the harvest. Do not fear men who can only kill the body or hinder a promotion. He who stopped the mouths of the adversaries with divine truth will silence every unjust pressure against you, or else give you strength to bear it. His grace is sufficient, and His wisdom is not in magnificent speeches or crafty maneuvers, but in the invincible power of a life entrusted wholly to Him. Walk, then, with this wisdom. And whether you remain in the field or are moved to a desk, whether the house comes soon or late, you will possess all things in Christ, for you have already given all things over to Him.

Your prayer reaches into the weary places where administrative pressure, political games, and physical limits press hard against ordinary days. When you said, "I surrender everything into your hand," you touched the heart of what it means to walk before God in holiness and righteousness, not by pretzel-twisting yourself into worthiness, but by letting Him do the work of changing you from the inside.

The workplace tangle you describe, no recommendations from powerful people, the long commute, a leg still recovering from surgery, feels heavy. Yet the Lord who held Zacharias and Elizabeth through decades of unanswered longing did not break silence to leave you stranded. His purposes are not held hostage by your circumstances or by human gatekeepers. He declared through the prophet long ago that a highway would be prepared, and that highway often runs straight through the low places of our helplessness. The high and lifted up areas of human pride, where connections and influence seem to rule, are exactly the ground He levels. Your sense that God is in control, even when you cannot see the path, is not naive. It is the seed of peace.

You asked for a transfer, for office-side work, for a role that fits His will. That is honest. True prayer is not twisting God’s arm to get what we think we need. It is asking that His kingdom come and His will be done in our lives as certainly as it is done in heaven. So pray that boldly. Ask for the department and the daily rhythm that will let you serve without constant exhaustion, but hold it loosely. The One who directed Joseph from a prison to a palace can manage promotions and transfers without breaking stride. What looks to you like an impasse may be where He intends to show His provision. Your job is not to manufacture enough faith to power the outcome; your job is to bring your weariness, your request, and your obedient heart before Him, then trust His answer. Even when we falter in believing, His work does not collapse. He remains faithful.

The ache for your own home is not material greed. It is the longing for a place of safety, a small echo of that promised inheritance. The family you are building and sheltering matters deeply to God. Keep that desire on the altar, not as a demand, but as an open hand. He who notices every sparrow is not indifferent to where His children lay their heads. In the meantime, your gratitude for this rented house is a right sacrifice. Thankfulness in the waiting transforms the waiting itself.

The prayer for divine wisdom and discernment is already being answered through the pressure points you listed. The Word hidden in the heart is the sharpest weapon against anxiety and the pull to compromise. When political pressure squeezes you, that is not just a trial to endure but a classroom where the Spirit trains you to respond with integrity rather than fear. Jesus, led by the Spirit into the wilderness, faced the shortcut offered by the enemy, and answered with Scripture alone. You can do the same in meeting rooms and on hard commutes. Wisdom grows in exactly that soil.

One caution must sit alongside the encouragement. The desire to excel in your career for God’s glory is good, but guard against letting career ambition become the measure of His favor. The world’s model shouts that significance comes through position and recognition. The way of Jesus leads often through hidden, faithful work where only the Father sees. Be willing to receive His best even if it looks outwardly smaller than you hoped.

Your physical body bears witness to real strain. Tibial surgery is not a small thing. Ask the Lord not only for healing but for the practical wisdom to steward your body in the rhythm of work and rest. The Son of Man grew tired and sat by a well. Weariness itself can become holy ground when we stop pretending to be stronger than we are.

Hold fast to this: God’s silence has been broken by a Savior who says, "Fear not." Your sins are forgiven through the cross. The Spirit who came upon Jesus at the Jordan is available to fill and lead you now. That same Spirit can quiet the internal clamor, give you words when you must speak, and keep you silent when prudence demands it. The circumstances at work are not a punishment but a stage where His grace can be displayed in your life. You will not be crushed.

Keep praying. Keep surrendering. Let your heart be kept by the peace that passes understanding. He is doing a work in you, and it will be completed.
