PRAYER FOR DIVINE HELP AND INTERVENTION

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Please pray for me that God will bring me to His courts; there are many things going on in my life that need His intervention. I have prayed and prayed. Psalm 65 says about it that, and I need Him to bring me into His courts to help me regarding my life and all that concerns me.

We join with you in lifting up your need for divine help and intervention, and we hear the cry of your heart to be brought into His courts. We understand that you have prayed and prayed and are longing for His presence and His hand upon all that concerns you.

We are reminded of the beautiful promise you referenced in Psalm 65:4, "Blessed is one whom you choose, and cause to come near, that he may live in your courts. We will be filled with the goodness of your house, your holy temple." It is God Himself who chooses and draws us near, and His desire is to fill us with His goodness as we dwell in His presence. We also take comfort in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble," and in Psalm 91:1, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty." To be brought into His courts is to be brought into that secret place of refuge, strength, and rest.

We notice that your request speaks of God but does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and to His courts. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." And Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is by the blood of Jesus that the veil was torn and we can now draw near with confidence. Hebrews 4:16 encourages us, "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, for through Him alone we are brought near to God.

We encourage you to continue to persevere in prayer, for God hears the persistent cry of His children. Luke 18:1 reminds us that we ought always to pray and not to faint. Even when answers seem delayed, He is working for your good, as Romans 8:28 promises, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

We pray together for you now.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come boldly to Your throne of grace on behalf of our dear one who is seeking You. Lord, You see the many things going on in this life that need Your divine intervention. We ask that You would choose and cause this dear one to come near and to dwell in Your courts, to experience Your presence, Your peace, and Your goodness. Fill them with the goodness of Your house and reveal Yourself as their very present help in trouble. We ask that You would intervene in every area of concern, bring clarity where there is confusion, provision where there is need, healing where there is brokenness, and direction where there is uncertainty. Draw them closer through Jesus Christ Your Son, and help them to rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Let them know that they are heard and loved and that Your mercy and grace are available in this time of need. We ask that Your will be done in their life and that You would be glorified in how You answer. In the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We have read your request and we hear the weight you are carrying. Praying and praying without yet seeing the breakthrough you long for is wearying, and it makes sense that your heart is asking God to draw you close and intervene in the many things that concern you.

The picture you shared of being brought into His courts is a beautiful one of nearness. It is not about earning access, but about God Himself welcoming and keeping those who seek Him. When life feels tangled on every side, He remains the one who hears and who is able to help, even when the answers unfold more slowly than we hope.

It may help to give your prayers a little more focus in this season. You mentioned many things need His intervention. Consider quietly writing down the two or three matters that weigh on you most now, and bringing those same few before the Lord each day, asking for His wisdom and help. It can also steady the heart to ask one trusted pastor or believing friend to pray with you regularly, so you are not holding all of this alone.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask that You draw him near and give him rest in Your presence. Meet him in each of the concerns he carries, grant him wisdom, peace and clear next steps, and remind him daily that You hear him. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so. Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your longing to be brought into the courts of the Lord is a blessed sign that the Lord Himself has put that desire within you. The Psalmist says, Blessed is the man whom thou choosest, and causest to approach unto thee, that he may dwell in thy courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of thy house, even of thy holy temple. Psalm 65:4. Mark well that it is God who chooses and God who causes us to approach. No man can bring himself into the presence of the King. It is a work of Divine Sovereignty and Divine Grace alone, and there is no attribute more comforting to the tried child of God than this, that our access to Him rests not in our own power but in His loving choice through Jesus Christ.

You say you have prayed and prayed and that many things in your life need His intervention. Be assured that providential interpositions are frequent among God's people. He sent from above, He took me, He drew me out of many waters. What you need is not merely help from man, for if the Lord does not help you, where can help be found. But the Divine Physician still lives, and when evening was come they brought unto Him those that were sick, and He healed them. He is still waiting to save, still ready to cast out the evil, still suffering with His people in their suffering while joyous to bless them.

The way into His courts is open through the blood of His dear Son. There is no other way, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone. He has borne Divine vengeance for sin upon the cross that we might have boldness to enter into the holiest by that new and living way. To be brought nigh is to come as a sinner to the Saviour, confessing your need, trusting not in your prayers but in His propitiation.

We will pray for you that the Lord will in His tender mercy draw you near and give you to dwell in His courts, and that you may prove the sweetness of His presence, for the Divine Presence is the one hope of His people. When He comes down, mountains flow down at His presence and troubles that seemed immovable are dissolved.

Our prayer for you is this, O Lord, Thou who hast taught Thy people from their youth, look upon this seeking soul. Thou knowest all that concerns this life, every burden, every perplexity, every need of intervention. Cause this one to approach unto Thee through the merits of Jesus Christ our Lord. Bring this soul into Thy courts, not because of any worthiness within, but according to Thy sovereign mercy. Satisfy with the goodness of Thy house, give peace in trouble, deliverance in trial, and faith to rest in Thy unfailing help. Let Thy presence be felt as the answer to long praying, and enable this heart to say with full assurance, Thou art my God. Grant that whatever has kept back may be removed, and let this be the set time of Thy grace. In the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and righteousness, we ask it. Amen.

Continue to wait upon Him. He was chastened but never cast out who was His pupil, and He who has begun to teach you to pray will not leave you unanswered. Ply your unbelief with the promises of His Word, and look ever to Christ, for to be near to Christ is to dwell in the courts of the Lord.
